Abstract
METHOD FOR PRODUCING pulpchips comprising cutting neokorennogo timber, heat treatment, as well as debarking and sorting crushed material, characterized in that, in order to reduce losses of wood feedstock, increasing the chip quality and reducing power consumption, heat treatment is subjected neokorenny timber prior to cutting to crust depth, wherein cutting and debarking are performed simultaneously.

The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to a method for processing wood into wood chips.
1.A known method for producing process chips, including the crushing of uncooled chips and the sorting of crushed material 1.
2.There is also known a method for producing process chips, including cutting unrooted timber, heat treatment, as well as debarking and sorting the crushed material 2.
The disadvantages of well-known methods are the high losses of wood raw materials, the poor quality of the chips and the high energy costs.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the loss of wood raw materials, increase the quality of chips and reduce energy consumption.
This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of obtaining the technological chips, heat-treated timber is subjected to heat treatment before cutting to the depth of the bark, and cutting and debarking are performed simultaneously.
The method for producing the chip is carried out as follows.
Ungrafted timber is subjected to heat treatment at 70-150 ° C, mainly 70-120 ° C. The temperature of the heat treatment depends on the characteristics of the ungraded timber, the type of transport of the timber, the type of wood, and the duration of storage. The duration of the heat treatment is selected in such a way that only the bark layer is subjected to processing, and the heat treatment is monitored. After heat treatment, the timber is fed to a chipper to simultaneously cut and debark. At the same time, in order to prevent crushing of the bark, a chipper with an unaccented release of the crushed material and a helicoidal cutting mechanism is used. After the chipper, the ground material is sorted by fraction, section at. this bark from chips. Each fraction is then directed through the process streams.
