Description
1 The invention relates to filtration and can be used for the purification of liquids and gases, in particular for the purification of fuel and oil in internal combustion engines. A filter element is known, containing a filter curtain in the form of a multipath star with drainage inserts in its folds, a prisoner between the bunk / perforated perforated shell and a central perforated bypass tube 5 sealed along the ends of the upper and lower caps L. The drawbacks of the filter elements are poor hydraulic performance; low holding capacity. consequently, the element durability is short. During the operation of the fold element, the curtains are pressed tightly against the surfaces of the comb inserts and partially removed from the filtering process 5 i.e. Consequently, the reduction of the holding capacity is reduced accordingly. In addition, as a result of the compression of the surfaces of the comb-shaped inserts, the cross-section of the drainage is reduced, especially when the flow of the filtered liquid approaches the central drain pipe, which impairs the hydraulic performance of the element. The purpose of the invention is an increase in the service life of the element due to an increase in its dirt-holding capacity and a decrease in: rjy:; - equal resistance of the filter element. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the filtering element containing the filtering curtain in the form of a multipath star with drainage inserts in its folds enclosed between the outer perforated shell and the central bypass perforated tube on the ends of the upper and lower caps, the drainage inserts are in the form nets of polymeric filaments of plain weave with a double arrangement of weft yarns, the diameter of which is 3-10 times smaller than the diameter of the warp threads, while the latter are perpendicular to the central axis tvodnoy tube. In the proposed construction, the element of the filtering surface practically becomes equal to the total curtain surface, since the only points of its contact with the drainage inserts are places where the weft yarns bend around the 79802. All the surface of the folds of the filter curtain is involved in the filtration process during the entire period of the working element. The thickness of the core insert is comparable with the thickness of the comb inserts of the known filter element in comparison with it does not change the pitch and, consequently, the total surface of the curtain. Thus, an increase in the soil capacity and the service life of the filter elements is achieved. The direction of the warp threads, perpendicular to the axis of the outlet tube, coincides with the direction of flow of the fluid and thus provides the minimum hydraulic 2: resistance. The weft, pairwise located and fixed on the basis of the base, the diameter of which is 3-10 times smaller than the diameter of the main ones, keeps the cross section of the reamer constant and does not impair the hydraulic characteristics of the filter element. . With this ratio of insert thread diameters, an optimal solution is achieved between the area of the filtering surface and the hydraulic characteristics of the filtering element i: pn given its dimensions. With increasing weft yarn thickness, the curtain pitch 5 increases, resulting in a decrease in the filtering surface and, consequently; reduced capacity and term of service; 6y filter element. In addition, 5 thick weft threads at the intersection significantly reduce the cross section of the channels formed by the warp threads 5 and impair the hydraulic characteristics of the element. Therefore, the thinner the weft, the better the hydraulic characteristics and the larger the surface of the filter curtains. The lower limit of the weft yarn thickness is limited by the strength conditions. Fig, 1 shows the filter element a cross-section in Fig "2 - the same, view in plan. The filtering element consists of a filter curtain 1, zakuchuchy between the outer perforated shell 2 and the central sling: - perg1) with an oriented tube 3. In the folds of the players 1 are placed in the folds -; 4, prevent cie with: sticking wrinkles. The insert 4 is made in a grid of polymer yarns of the canvas of the 1st entanglement with a double arrangement of weft yarns 5, diameter x1tor -: gh n 1-10 times
8.smaller than the diameter of the warp threads 6. The drain insert 4 is located in the filter element so that the warp threads 6 are directed perpendicular to the axis of the central outflow tube 3. On the edge of the insert 4 facing the curtain, a thread 7 is fixed with a thickness equal to the warp thickness, which prevents damage curtains. The filter curtain is sealed at the ends with upper and lower collars 8.
The filter element works as follows.
The filter medium passes under pressure through the outer perforated shell 2, then through the filter curtain 1, into the draining cavities created by the drainage insert 4. Further along the drainage channels between the main threads 6 from
Частицы загр знений задерживаютс на наружной поверхности шторы 1 и в порах фильтрующего материала.the filtered fluid passes to the central bypass tube 3, meeting only thin pairwise arranged weft threads 5, which reliably prevent the curtains from being pressed to the main threads 5 and ensure the operation of the entire surface and the constancy of the drain section. The soil particles are retained on the outer surface of the curtain 1 and in the pores of the filter material.
The economic effect is achieved by increasing the working filtering surface and improving the hydraulic characteristics due to the use of a drainage insert of the most optimal shape, which leads to an increase in the heat capacity by 35–40% and an increase in the service life by 1.5–1.8 times.
