Description

Известны различные устройства дл  очистки от смазки стальных тросов при расконсервации.Various devices are known for cleaning grease from steel cables during depreservation.

Недостатком таких устройств  вл етс  их низка  производительность , а также потер  снимаемой консервирующей смазки.The disadvantage of such devices is their low productivity as well as the loss of removable preservative grease.

Этот недостаток устранен в описываемом устройстве тем, что оно выполнено в виде наклонной трубы, вверху которой расположены разделительна  камера дл  размещени  по окружности нескольких пародутьевых форсунок и центрирующей дл  троса муфты, причем по всей длине нижней части трубы имеетс  р д отверстий, закрытых кожухом и предназначенных дл  стока и сбора расплавленной смазки вместе с конденсатом.This drawback is eliminated in the described device by the fact that it is made in the form of an inclined pipe, at the top of which there is a separation chamber for accommodating several steam-blowing nozzles around the circumference and a coupling centering for the cable, and along the entire length of the lower part of the pipe there are a number of openings closed by a casing and designed for drainage and collection of molten grease along with condensate.

Устройство дл  очистки от смазки стальных тросов при расконсервации , отличающеес  тем, что, с целью ускорени  процесса очистки и сбора смазки, оно выполнено в виде наклонной трубы, вверху которой расположена разделительна  камера дл  размещени  по окружности нескольких паро-дутьевых форсунок и центрирующей дл  троса муфты, причем по всей длине нижней части трубы имеетс  р д отверстий, закрытых кожухом п предпазначенных дл  стока и сбора расплавленной смазки вместе с конденсатом.1.
