Description

The invention relates to the production of concrete and reinforced concrete products, in particular for smoothing the surface of freshly molded products.

A smoothing machine comprising a smoothing bar made in the form of a welded box-shaped trapezoidal cross-section beam is known. Vertical teeth are welded to the longitudinal lateral face of the timber, and on the comparison sheet, bends are provided on both sides. The beam is installed on the ball bearings of the lower ends of the eccentric shafts of the spindles. The drive tells the bar complex movements.

The drawbacks of this device are fascination of excess concrete mix with a bar and dropping it over the longitudinal sides of the mold, which leads to contamination of the workshop, equipment and, as a result, equipment failure; design complexity; high labor intensity and low reliability of spherical supports

The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a smoothing device for the SMZh-166A paver, containing a frame, a smoothing bar mounted on it with a drive of reciprocating movements 2.

The disadvantages of the known device are fascination of excess concrete mix with smoothing, timber during reciprocating movements and dropping it over the longitudinal sides of the mold, which leads to contamination of the workshop, lower-level equipment and the release of lower-level equipment.

The purpose of the invention is to save the concrete mix by eliminating dropping it over the sides of the mold.

The device for smoothing the surface of freshly molded concrete and reinforced concrete products comprises a flat frame 1, fitted along the ends with guides 2, each having two parallel horizontal holes in which cylindrical guides 3 are mounted. Rigidly fixed to the ends of reciprocating movements mounted on the frame 1 smoothing bar 4. On the upper plane of the beam 4 is rigidly fixed stand 5 with a hinge 6, on which is mounted the lower end of the rod 7.

The upper end of the connecting rod 7 is pivotally mounted on the axle of the crank 8, mounted on the low-speed shaft of the gearbox 9. On the high-speed shaft of the gearbox 9, the driven pulley 10 of the V-belt drive 11 is mounted, the driving pulley 12 of which is mounted on the shaft of the electric motor 13. The V-belts are tensioned using tensioning cable 14. The gearbox 9, the electric motor 13, and the tensioning devices 14 are mounted on a base plate 15 welded to the lower surfaces of the middle transverse beams 16 of the frame 1.

To the upper surfaces of the middle transverse beams 16 is fixed a casing 17, closing. the whole drive (gearbox 9, electric motor 13 with connecting rod 7 mounted on their shafts, pulleys 10 and 12, etc.) is attached from the top. Brackets 19 with guide sleeves 20 and blocks 21 are attached to external transverse beams 18 of frame 1.

The proposed device for smoothing the surface of freshly molded concrete and reinforced concrete products can be mounted both on the self-propelled portal of the smoothing machine or paver, and on the stationary frame. In any case, device guide sleeves 20 should be mounted on vertical cylindrical guides 22, and blocks 2 should be covered by winch-type drive-lifting ropes 23 of the device (drive not shown).

The smoothing bar 4 in the plan is made in the form of two trapezium, joined by smaller bases.

A device for smoothing the surface of freshly molded concrete and reinforced concrete products works as follows.

An electric motor, 13, is turned on, whose rotation of the shaft by means of pulleys 10 and 12, a V-belt transmission 11, a gearbox 9, a crankshaft 8 and a tongue 7 is converted into reciprocating movements in the guides 3 of the smoothing bar 4 connected by a stand 5 and a hinge 6 with the lower end of the connecting rod 7.

A winch drive for lifting and lowering the device is activated, as a result of which the working smoothing bar 4 is lowered along the guides 23 onto the upper open surface of a freshly formed concrete or reinforced concrete product to be smoothed.

Turn on the movement drive of the smoothing machine or paver (not shown) if the proposed device is mounted on the portal of the self-propelled smoothing mask or concrete paver, or the drive of the form moving device if the proposed device for smoothing is mounted on a stationary frame, as a result of which the relative movement of the smoothing beam 4 takes place, reciprocating in the transverse direction, and smoothing the surface, which means that smoothing occurs the surface of the product.

The shape of the smoothing bar 4 in the plan in the form of two trapezium, joined by smaller bases, eliminates shedding of the concrete mixes over the longitudinal sides of the form, and collects them in the middle part and drops the capacity installed at the end of the form at the end of the stroke (with stand and aggregate continuous production method of products) or in the following form (with the conveyor method of production, when the forms are moved with a separator tape).

After finishing the smoothing (if the smoothing device is mounted on the self-propelled portal of the smoothing machine or the paver), the device is lifted to the upper position using a winch drive, all drives are stopped and the machine is driven off to the starting smoothing point.

If the proposed device is mounted on a stationary frame on a conveyor line, the process of smoothing down the first, second, etc., product is carried out continuously.

The use of the proposed device for smoothing the surface of freshly molded concrete and reinforced concrete products will reduce unnecessary waste of the concrete mixture by using its imbalances, sbroshennyh in a container or in an adjacent form; to increase the reliability of the process equipment by eliminating the penetration of the concrete mixture onto the working bodies, drives and other equipment mechanisms; to reduce labor costs for cleaning the workshop by eliminating spilling of the concrete mix onto the floor of the workshop, grinding and equipment, as well as increasing the production culture.
