1N5 The invention relates to glass industry, in particular to glass compositions with chemical and thermal resistance, and is intended for the manufacture of glass containers by a mechanized method. Known glass C 13 containing components in the following ratio, wt.%: 72-73 3.0-4.2 5.5-6.5 3-4 13.5-14.5 However, the known glass has low water resistance and thermal durability as well as considerable time for glass wiring. The closest to the proposed is the composition of container glass .2, containing, wt.%: 68.0-73.0 1.8-4.5 0.02-1.5 0.5-4.0 4.0- 9.5 2.0-5.2 11.0-13.0 0.5-2.0 0.2-2.0 However, this glass has a high temperature of boiling and production, a small temperature interval of molding and low resistance to water. Due to the unsatisfactory cooking and high-current properties of the glass, the yield of the products is 40-60%, with the prevailing types of rejects being intersection and uneven distribution of glass across the body. In addition, the high temperature of glass melting leads to the rapid destruction of the refractory, which reduces the campaign of the furnace to 9-11 May. High molding temperatures lead to frequent replacement of mold assemblies and deterioration of the surface quality of glass and glass. The purpose of the invention is to improve the cooking and high-flow properties and increase the water resistance. The goal is achieved by the fact that container glass including SiOj,, FejOj, CaO, MgO, Na ,, 0, KjO, SrO, additionally contains PbO, BaO, LijO, Sbj 0., with the following ratio of components, wt.%: 66 , 0-74.0 1.5-6.5 0.08-1.5 4.0-10.0 1.0-4.1 10.0-13.5 0.7-3.5 0, 2-1.8 1, 0-6.0 0.3-2.5 0.01-0.2 0.04-0.1 Bottles with a capacity of 0.2 and 0.5 liters are produced out of glass melt by the method of double blowing on the semi-automatic BB-2. The small arms are annealed in an annealing furnace at 550 ° C for 2 hours. In the table. 1 shows the composition of the packaging glass. In tab. 2 shows the properties of the compositions proposed and known glasses. The use of the proposed composition makes it possible to manufacture glass with a high chemical and teric resistance.
