К преимуществам сушилки относитс улучшение качества готового продукта за счет предотвращени его комковани и пригорани .The invention relates to a drying technique, in particular to vibration dryers, and can be used in the chemical, metallurgical and other industries of the industry for heat treatment of bulk materials. Vibroapparatus working bodies are known, containing a vertical pipe with a screw tray formed by individual coils, the ends of which are vertically shifted relative to each other, and between the ends of the coils are placed deflecting trays set obliquely in the transverse direction to the plane of the lattice latka lj. body - ineffective heating of the material. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is a vibrating dryer containing a stocked. A cylindrical housing with a vibrator, on the inner surface of which a hollow steam-heated screw tray is placed, and a hollow heated tube located along the housing axis, equipped with a screw tray similar to the housing screw tray, both of which screw trays are divided into sections, and the output section of each previous section located above the entrance area of the subsequent section of the corresponding tray 21. A disadvantage of the known dryer is the low intensity of mixing of the material layers in height and, as a result, the low quality of drying. The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity and quality of drying. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a vibrating dryer containing a cylindrical body equipped with a vibrator and a screw tray placed in it divided into sections, with the output section of each pre-forming section located above the inlet section of the subsequent section, the output section of each section is equipped with a transfer element. in the middle part and height, smaller than the height of the side of the tray. FIG. 1 shows a dryer, front view; in fig. 2 is a view along arrow A in FIG. 1; in fig. 3 docking of the pouring element with the tray. The vibrating dryer contains a cylindrical body 1, a screw conveying tray 2, a nozzle 3 loads, a nozzle 4 unloadings, a driving bracket 5, a vibrodrive 6, an elastic suspension 7, a removable bolt 8, a pouring element, which is divided by a pinch into a tapering 9 and an expanding 10 part. The dryer works as follows. The material enters the receiving turn of the screw conveying tray 2 through the nozzle 3 of the load and, under the action of directional screw vibrations excited by the vibration actuator 6, moves upwards along the tray 2. Once on the pouring element, the upper less heated layers of material are poured over the tapered portion 9 of the pouring element which form part of the height of the bead of the transport chute 2, to the entrance section of the next section of the screw chute, where they are evenly distributed. The lower heated particles move along the expanding part of the pouring element and are poured onto the already distributed layer of less heated particles into the input section of the next section of the screw tray 2. Thus, on each section of the screw tray, the lower layers of material change their location with the upper ones. The quantitative ratio of the material flows can be changed by increasing or decreasing the clamping flow area of the pouring element. To avoid material spillage at the junction of the pouring element and transporting 2, the inlet section of each next section of tray 2 can be made wider than the outlet section (including the pouring element) of each previous section of tray 2. Intensive mixing of material in the layer provides high quality drying. The advantages of the dryer include improving the quality of the finished product by preventing it from lumping and burning.
