Description
The invention relates to Thermal .4 cc-pipelines, transporting their high-temperature gases used in an explosive environment. According to the main author. St. No. 393531 is known for a heat insulating unit including alternating shielding and fiber heat insulating layers of materials. The block is made with a cut directed tangentially to the plane of the pipeline. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the explosion hazard when used in an explosive environment. The goal is achieved by the iTO thermal insulating unit being supplied with an inert gas protective screen / installed between the pipeline and its thermal insulating sing in the area of the longitudinal section and filled in the form of a sleeve with side channels located along the height of the wall in the longitudinal section. The drawing shows the designs of the heat insulating unit. The heat insulating unit installed on the pipeline 1 includes alternating shielding 2 and fiber heat insulating sheets LO and 3. An inert gas-carrying shield 5 with side channels 6 located in the plane of cut 7 is installed between the pipeline and the adjacent thermal insulation layer 4. The inner layer 4 of the block adjacent to the insulated surface of the block is made of fibrous thermal insulation material, for example, silica felt, and the shielding layer 2 - from aluminum foil. When using a heat insulating unit under the conditions of an explosive environment, an inert gas is passed under overpressure through a protective screen, made in the form of a sleeve with side channels, and its side channels are located in the plane of the longitudinal section of the unit, Most of the inert gas flow rate, flowing through the I5 channels of the sleeve, enters the incision cavity, blowing out an explosive mixture that has leaked from it into the environment. The use of the proposed thermal insulating blanket in a potentially explosive environment will allow for a less explosive risk.
