A contact seal is known that contains segmental rings with Cl j joints displaced in the circumferential direction and installed in the housing. The lack of a seal is the presence of radial leakage through the joint of the segments of the second ring from above. It is also known to have a contact seal comprising a shaft, a segment ring fixed in rotation and fixed from twisting from individual segments with joints displaced in the circumferential direction provided with a joint seal that is made in the form of a flexible solid sleeve bent when mounted on the protrusions of the C 2 segments. The disadvantages of the known contact seal are the large working capacity in manufacturing and low reliability with an increase in dynamic loads, affecting them on the sealant, as a result of which The opening of the joints between the segments and the end of the body occurs. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the labor intensity in the manufacture, increasing tightness and reliability in operation. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a contact seal containing a shaft mounted in the housing and fixed from rotation a segment ring made of separate segments with joints displaced in the circumferential direction, provided with a joint seal, the joint seal and the segment ring are made in the form of coaxial cylinders, with In this case, the segments on the shaft and the joint seal on the segment ring are placed with tension. In addition, spherical rings are installed between the ends of the segment ring, the seal of the joints and the end of the body. The seal is provided with a split ring, the inner diameter of which is equal to the outer diameter of the segment ring, and the slot of the split ring is offset relative to the slits of the segment ring by a certain angle in the circumferential direction. In addition, the split and segmented rings can be made in the form of cylinders with counter slots displaced in each of the SCHLINDERS relative to each other, and the split ring is provided with a tension device, for example, in the form of a screw pair. A spherical washer is installed between the end of the housing and the ends of the segment and split rings. FIG. 1 shows a seal longitudinal section; FIG. 2 shows the ends of a segment ring and a seal of the joints in the assembly; FIG. 3 - end lock, axonometric project; in fig. 4 - segmented ring and joint seal, axonometric projection; Fig. 5: a joint seal and a segment ring, embodied in the form of cylinders with opposing slots; Fig. 6 shows the ends of a segment ring and a joint seal, when the segment ring is made in the form of a cylinder with opposites and slits, and the joint seal is formed outside by a bracelet spring; in fig. 7 - sealing elements, axonometric projection. On the shaft I, for example, a turbomachine or a pump, a segment ring 2 is installed, made, for example, of three or more individual segments 3 with stepped joints, forming slots 4 when the segments fit on shaft 1 (Figures 1, 2 and 4) . A sealer seal is installed on the outer diameter of the segment ring 2, ring 5, provided with a through cut 6. The inner diameter of the seal is made equal to the outer diameter of the segment ring 2. To create a radial pressing force on the segments 3 of the segment ring 2 to the shaft 1, the seal lip is equipped with an extension device, for example , in the form of two flanges 7 and 8, screwed down with a screw 9. Flanges 7 and 8 can be mounted with another device, for example, a spring element or locking wire, etc. In order to make the sealant's joints have springy properties, it can be fitted with opposing slots 10 and 11 with the formation of flexible jumpers 12 between them. End faces of the segment ring 2 and sealant 5 have end grooves 13 and 14. fixing these rings against rotation in the circumferential direction of the end face. spring-latch 15, the protrusions 16 and 17 of which are offset relative to each other at a certain angle and give it spring properties. The protrusions 16 enter into the grooves 13 and 14 of the rings and 5, and the projections 17 enter into the grooves 18 in the housing part — the sealing cover — preventing the rings 2 from turning and in the circumferential direction while simultaneously pressing them against the end 19 of the housing 20. Between the ends of the rings 2 and 5 and the end 19, spherical washers 21 and 22 are installed between these elements. If perpendicularity of the end 19 is disturbed to the shaft axis caused by improper installation, deviations of the part shape during production, shaft deflections in operation, spherical washers rotate spherical the surfaces and are shifted in the radial direction, adjusting to the new position of the shaft. At the same time, no gaps are formed in the joints of these parts and leakage of compacted fluid does not increase. FIG. Figure 5 shows an embodiment of a segmented ring and a seal of the joints with opposing cuts. The implementation of the segmented ring and seal joints of the individual segments 3 is more labor intensive due to the fact that high precision is required in the production of stepped joints and their tight fit to each other and to the end 19 of the housing 20. Deviations in production during the manufacture of these elements lead to an increase in leaks on non-adjacent elements. The division of the segmental ring into segments is carried out by the counter slots 23 and 24. In this case, the matching of the adjacent segments is automatically obtained and the tightness along the butt elements of these elements is ideal. FIG. 6 and 7 illustrate the preferred embodiment of the segment and split rings. Segment ring 2 is made of one continuous cylinder, in which counter gaps 23 and 24 are made. The inner diameter of the segment ring with a slight deviation, mainly admission to the body of the ring 2, is equal to shaft diameter 1. The inner diameter of the joint seal is equal to the outer diameter segment ring 2. In ring 5, cuts were made under the grooves 13, under the projections 16 of the spring-fitx of the torus 15 and limiters 25 were bent at least three on each side of the ring. After heat treatment and final processing, a through-cut 6 is made in the ring 5. Outside, a ring spring, such as a bracelet spring 26, is placed on the ring-5 of arbitrary shape. For example, the spring 26 presses the ring 5 to the ring 2, and the last to the shaft 1. When making the seal, the segment ring 2 rubbing on shaft 1, ring 5 with inner diameter rubbing on outer diameter of ring 2, ends of rings 2 and 5 on the end face of the washer 21, and sphere 21 on sphere 22, the end of ring 2 on the end 19 of the housing 20. These operations are designed to better fit these elements d yz other and reduce leakage through the elements in x microroughness their surfaces. The seal is collected as follows. Position the machine shaft vertically. Install spherical shay-. 21 and 22 at the end 19. The rings 2 and 5, pre-assembled, are put on the shaft 1. Adjust the tension of the spring elements to achieve the required pressing of the segment ring 2 to the shaft 1. Install the rings 2 and 5 against the stop in the washers 21 and 22. Install the spring-lock 15, until the projections 16 get into the grooves 13 and 14. Install the seal by matching the protrusions 17 and the grooves 18 of the seal cover. When the machine is running, the rings 2 and 5 are pressed axially against the washers 21 and 22 by a differential pressure and a spring-lock 15 to the end 19, ensuring the seal of all the joints. At the same time, the contact zone of the shaft 1 with the segment ring 2 is cooled and lubricated with a condensed fluid through the non-through slots 23 (along the entire length of the slot 23), which improves the thermal conditions in the contact zone, since the slots 23 have a length almost equal to width i contact. Such an implementation of sealing elements allows reducing leakages and increasing tightness and reliability of sealing, even in conditions of sharp shaft deflections, negative distortions of the housing element of the housing relative to the shaft, errors in the manufacture of sealing elements.
The implementation of the segmented and split rings in the form of cylinders with opposing cuts significantly reduces the laboriousness of making the seal and its cost while simultaneously increasing the tightness of the junction elements of the adjacent segments.
Making the inner diameter of the ring equal to the shaft diameter and the inner diameter of the split ring 5 equal to the outer diameter of the segment ring 2 improves the fit of these elements to each other, and also reduces leakage through the seal,
4Making the segmented ring 2 CO with opposing gaps 23 and 24 improves the thermal behavior of the zone of contact of the ring 2 with the shaft 1 at the expense of longer gaps 23 as compared with gaps 4
