This invention relates to a control measurement technique. Yao has a known piezoelectric frequency pressure sensor, which contains an auto-oscillator, in the frequency reference circuit, the circuit of which includes the first piezo resonator, the second piezoresonator, two mixers, a frequency meter, a buffer and a wideband amplifiers, and the piezoelectric elements of both piezo resonators have one additional the electrode, each of which through the load resistor is connected to the common sensor bus, while the second piezoresonator with its main electrodes is connected to the output of the buffer amplifier, the input to the broadband amplifier is connected between the output of the first mixer and the input of the second mixer, the output of which is connected to the input of the first mixer, and the second inputs of the first and second mixers are connected to additional electrodes of the second and first piezoresonators, respectively, where the output of the wideband amplifier is connected to the Cl3 frequency meter . A disadvantage of the known sensor is the low measurement accuracy. This is due to the fact that, under the conditions of operation, the piezoresonators are identical in shape, but oriented at different angles with respect to the direction of the force effect. Owing to this, with the same magnitude of force action with a change in the temperature of the environment, the frequencies of the first and second piezoresonators change by different: the magnitude, as a result. - -.- between the oscillations at the second inputs of the back and second mixers, an additional phase shift appears that changes the frequency of self-oscillations in the closed loop, as a result of which the accuracy of the pressure measurement decreases. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of pressure measurement by eliminating temperature errors. The goal is achieved by the fact that in series between the output of the first mixer and the input of the second mixer, the third and fourth mixers are connected in series between the output of the first mixer and the second and fourth piezoresonators are equipped with an additional fourth electrode connected through an additional load of the resistor to the common sensor bus, the additional electrode of the first piezoresonator is connected to the second input of the fourth mixer, and the additional electrode of the second piezoresonator is connected to the second input the third mixer. Figure 1 presents the functional diagram of the device in figure 2 - Pied. resonator} on fig.Z - the same, side view.,. The device contains an auto-oscillator 1, a buffer amplifier 2, two four-phase piezoresonator 3 and 3 with two main 4.5 and 4, 5 and two additional 6.7 and 6, 7 pairs of electrodes, respectively (figure 1). Additional electrodes 6, b, 7 and 7 are connected to the common sensor bus through load resistors 8, 8, 9 and 9 and to the second inputs of single-side balanced mixers 10–13, connected in series with respect to each other. Between the output of the mixer 11 and the input of the mixer 12 a broadband amplifier 14 is connected to which a frequency meter 15 is connected. The piezoorder 3 is fixed between the body and the elastic element connected to the sensor membrane, and is oriented with respect to the direction of the force action so that the temperature coefficient of strength is zero. The device works as follows. At a nominal pressure measured, the autogenerator C in whose frequency-setting circuit the piezoresonator 3 is turned on with its main electrodes 4 and 5 generates oscillations with frequency fj. From the output of the auto-oscillator 1, the oscillations flow through the buffer amplifier 2 to the main electrodes 4 and 5 of the piezoresonator 3 and excite it at the same frequency f. At the same time, antiphase oscillations occur on the electrodes b and 7 of the piezoresonator 3, and antiphase oscillations are also excited on the electrodes 6 and 7 of the piezoresonator 3. On the electrodes 6 and 6 of the piezoresonators 3 and 3 and on the electrodes 7 and 7, in-phase oscillations occur. From the electrodes b, b, 7, and 7, these oscillations arrive at the second inputs of mixers 10–13, included in the positive feedback circuit of the transmitter 14, which together forms a closed loop. With
The condition for the amplitude and phase balance in this circuit is auto-oscillations with a frequency fju.
В результате этого текуща фаза колебаний на 10 выходе смесител 11 по сравнению с фазой колебаний на первом входе смеситл 12 будет отличатьс на величину 2АЧ Эти изменени фазы вызывают изменение частоты автоколебаний в замкнутом контуре, измер которую с помощью измерител 15 частоты, суд т о величине измер емого давлени .When pressure is applied to the sensor membrane, the piezoresonator 5 3 is loaded, and the phase shift by 1 4 appears in the oscillations of the frequency of the electrodes removed from its electrodes b and 7, due to their opposite phase. As a result, the current phase of the oscillations at the 10th output of the mixer 11 compared to the phase of the oscillations at the first input of the mixer 12 will differ by 2AH. These phase changes cause a change in the frequency of self-oscillations in a closed loop, measured by the frequency meter 15. pressure.
