Description

In the proposed chemical, impregnating composition, a new one is the use of silicon-organic resins modified with a. Acidic styrene as a solvent, which can be polymerized by known methods in the presence of an accelerator benzoyl peroxide.

The advantage of the described organopolysiloxane impregnating composition is its insolubility in solvents, moisture resistance, elevated operating temperature (about 100-150 °), low priming and curing temperatures (80-90 °), low viscosity, allowing dense filling of all voids and pores in the casting object, good electrical insulating properties and adhesion to metals, mica, glass.

тектротехнической аппа затуры, а также дл  пропитки секций электромашин .The proposed composition can be used to fill the coils of transformers and other parts of electrical engineering equipment, as well as to impregnate sections of electric machines.

The described method is carried out as follows.

The co-condensation product of organopolysiloxanes with unsaturated polyethers is mixed with compounds containing the group. The compounds obtained in the presence of catalysts polymerize at elevated temperature to form a dense mass.

Organopolysiloxanes obtained by the hydrolysis of a mixture of monomethyl tantrichloride (0.25-0.75 mol), dimethylsilane dichloride (1-1.5 mol) and monophenyl xylantrichloride (0.75-2 mol) are co-condensed with 20-30% unsaturated polyester, containing free hydroxyl groups at a temperature not higher than 130 ° to obtain a resin, the polymerization rate of which is 3-5 minutes at 200. The resulting resin is dissolved in 30% styrene with the addition of 1% benzoyl peroxide. Being poured into the product at a temperature of 80-90 °, the resin for 15-30 minutes. turns into a solid polymer (compound).
