The invention relates to equipment for bakery industry, in particular, to the design of devices for removing sections of molds with bread from a baking oven and unloading bread from molds, and can be used in complex lines for the production of molded breads on through ovens.

The aim of the invention is to simplify the design and increase the reliability of the device.

The goal is achieved by the fact that a device for unloading bread from molds, containing a horizontal shaft with grippers, mounted with the possibility of reciprocating movement along horizontal

guides, installed along the guides with copiers, the initial and final sections of which are located below the guides parallel to them, and the middle sections are curvilinear so that their vertices are located above the guides, with it being rigidly fixed on the shaft with the possibility of interaction with the copiers have levers with rollers, and the grippers are made in the form of a U-shape 1X slats.

The device works as follows.
