The invention relates to road accessories and can be used as a means of facilitating walking for blind and invals. A cane is known, containing a telescopic rod, one end of which carries a handle, and the other end is attached to a shaft with a sound alarm mechanism having a flat spring lj. This cane has low operational capabilities, since it does not provide conditions for the reference of the path to the blind and disabled, as well as the means allowing the sound power of the alarm mechanism to vary depending on the environmental noise. The purpose of the invention is the expansion of operational capabilities. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a cane containing a telescopic rod, one end of which carries a handle, and the other has a wheel with a sound alarm mechanism having a flat spring, the end of the rod has a fork, and the wheel is mounted on an axis between the free ends of the fork, with This flat spring is fixed on one of the ends of the fork, and the wheel on the front side facing the spring is provided with a metal disk and an уп-pad to deflect the spring, and the disk has an annular shoulder on the end, which contacts the face awn wheel and the fence is mounted axially movable for adjusting the magnitude of the spring deflection. In addition, the wheel is made with a rotation radius describing a circle whose length is a multiple of five. The cane has a lamp mounted on the handle. The handle consists of two parts symmetric with respect to the rod, interconnected by means of an axis, and has a hook for placing the load mounted on the axis. FIG. 1 shows a cane, a general view; in fig. 2 shows an embodiment of an audible alarm mechanism; in fig. 3 - cane folded, general view; in fig. 4 - the handle of the cane in the opened form; in fig. 5 — node 1 in FIG. one; in fig. 6 shows a wheel attachment unit at the rod end with an alarm mechanism. The cane contains a telescopic rod with links 1-3. Link 1 carries handle 4, axle 3 - wheel 5 with a sound alarm mechanism having a flat spring 6. Link 3 of the rod has a fork 7, and wheel 5 is mounted on the axis 8 between the free ends 9 and 10 of the fork 7. Spring 6 is fixed on the end 9 forks 7, and the wheel 5 on the front side facing the spring 6 is provided with a metal disk 11 and an emphasis 12 ll of deflecting the spring 6. The disk 11 has an annular flange 13 on the end face that contacts the front surface of the wheel 5, and the stop 12 is axially mounted displacement to adjust the amount of deviation neither spring 6. Wheel 5 is made with a radius of rotation describing a circle whose length is a multiple of five (for example, 25 cm). For fixing the links 2 and 3 of the rod, springs 14 and clamps 15 are provided. Each of the links 2 and 3 has holes 16 for accommodating clamps 15. The link 1 and 2 on their
18.The ends have a guide cylinder 17 with inner diameters corresponding to the outer diameter of the link entering it. Link 2 and 3 at their ends are flared part 18.
25.The cane is equipped with a lamp 19 mounted on the handle 4, connected to the batteries 20 by means of wires 21 and 22. The wire 21 is connected to contact 23, and the wire 22 is connected to contact 2A, a lamp socket 19 and further to button 25.
26.The handle 4 consists of two parts symmetric with respect to the rod, interconnected by means of an axis 26, and a bracket 27 and has a hook 28 for placing a weight mounted on an axis 26.
33.Instead of the wheel 5, in the winter time, a fur-like indicator device (Fig. 2) is installed on the cane, containing a fur 30 fixed on the hollow rod 29, a whistle 31 and a bearing head 32 with pins 33.
When using a cane, a pedestrian takes it by the handle 4 with its right hand and rolls it using wheel 5 along the track. When the wheel 5 rotates, the anvil 12 bends back the flat spring 6, which, when released from the anvil 12, hits the disk 11, creating a rattled sound signal. A blind pedestrian on the echo of this sound locates itself in the village. Also, with the help of spring 6 and stop 12, the cave walker counts the distance traveled: there will be one click of spring 6 — the pedestrian has moved ha 1/4 m. The total distance traveled is determined by the total number of clicks.
Это значительно повьщ1ает безопасность движени .in winter, the wheel changes to a fur-type signaling device, but here the pedestrian already needs to raise a cane, a blow by the head 32 with plugs 33 on the snow surface. Upon impact, fur 30 is compressed and the whistle 31 makes a sound that the blind pedestrian is guided by. With these sounds, he warns people who are near him. When passing through a dangerous part of the road, a blind pedestrian with his thumb turns on the signal lamp 19 using button 25. This greatly increases traffic safety.
The proposed cane with a wheel clearly works both on the hard surface of roads and on dirt roads. Using a cane does not require physical effort to knock on the road, it travels and makes a sound. Such a walking stick is safe for others, it is used as a gauge for the path of a blind pedestrian, compact and convenient to operate.
