A multivibrator is known, containing two T-flip-flops, connected in a ring by connecting a direct and one of them to the T-inputs of another, and the inverse outputs of the flip-flops are connected to their own R-inputs 1. The disadvantage of the device is the limited frequency range of the output signal. The closest technical solution to the invention is a multivibrator containing an integrator, the output of which is connected to the non-inverting input of KOMnapiaTopa, and an inverting amplifier whose input is connected to the control bus, as well as a resistor-diode circuit and a field-effect transistor. The known mult-vibrator provides a linear dependence of the frequency of the output and pulses on the voltage on the control bus 21. A disadvantage of the known device is the dependence of the duty cycle (symmetry) of the output pulses on the parameters of the circuit elements, as well as on the change in the external temperature H of the power supply voltage. The stabilization of the parameters of the output signal requires the sub-elements and the adjustment of the circuit. At the same time, the presence of a large dynamic capacitance of a diode and a field-effect transistor limits from above the frequency of the output pulses of the multivibrator. The purpose of the invention is to stabilize the parameters of the output signal of the multi-vibrator and to extend the frequency range. The goal is achieved in that a multivibrator containing an integrator, the output of which is connected to a noninverting input of a comparator, and an inverting amplifier whose input is connected to the control bus, is entered into an inverter, a counting trigger, the first and second analog switches, the outputs of which are connected to the inverter switch the input of the comparator, where the input of the inverting amplifier is connected to the input of the first analog switch, the control input of which is connected to the 022 output of the inverter, and the output of the inverting amplifier is connected to the input a second analog switch, a control input connected to the output of the comparator, the inputs of the inverter, an integrator and counting flip-flop, whose output is connected to the output bus. FIG. 1 shows a functional diagram of the multivibrator; Fig. 2: Stress diagrams at characteristic points. The device contains an integrator i, made in the form of an operational amplifier 2c with a capacitor 3 in the feedback circuit and a resistor 4, the output of the integrator 1 is connected to the non-inverted input of the comparator 5, and the input to the output of the comparator 5, to the input of the counting trigger 7 and the input of the inverter 8. The output of the inverter 8 is connected to the control input of the analog switch 9, the input of which is connected to the control bus 10 of the multivibrator and the input of the inverting amplifier t1 with a unit gain, and the output to the inverting input the comparator 5 and the output of the analog key 6, the input of which is connected to the output of the inverting amplifier 11 with a unit gain. The operation of the device is as follows. The positive control voltage from the bus 10 (Fig. 2a) at the time when the output voltage of the comparator 5 is equal to minus (Fig. 26) is transmitted through the first analog switch 9 to the inverting input of the comparator 5 (Fig. 2c). At the specified time, the charging of the capacitor 3 of the integrator 1 with the voltage minus U occurs (Fig. 2d). In MODO, the voltage U is linearly the growth rate of comparison t. voltage at the non-inverting input voltage of the comparator 5, the voltage is changed at the output of the comparator 5, while the voltage Uynp from the bus 10 through the inverting amplifier 11 and the second analog switch b goes to the inverting input of the comparator 5. A capacitor recharges 3 integrator 1 from voltage Uj to minus U-. In ... the moment of comparison t of the linearly falling voltage from the output of the integrator 1 and the voltage on the inverting input of the comparator 5, the polarity of the voltage at the output of the comparator 5 changes, and the cycle of the multivibrator repeats, h. The oscillation frequency of the multivibrator is determined by the ratio 4RC and, pr Trigger 7 generates at the output of the 12 ifo multivibrator strictly symmetrical 1 C88 h 24 n (the duty ratio is 2) pulses of the frequency reduced twice. Introduction of the trigger, inverter, first and second analog switches, as well as new connections allows to stabilize the output signal parameters by eliminating the effect of zero level bias and nonidentity of the circuit element parameters, as well as increasing the upper frequency of the multivibrator.
