Description
The invention relates to the flight of process equipment from hardness and corrosion salt deposits and is intended for use in various circulating water systems and in mechanical oil production in the temperature range of 20-85 ° C. It is known to use in the system of water cooling various inhibitors of tori. The disadvantages of such inhibitors are a very narrow field of application, as well as a loss of effectiveness with an increase in the concentration of precipitating agents and at the end of the process in the system of organic additives and phases. The content of calcium ions in different waters can vary from 5 to 2000 mg / l. Closest to the proposed technical solution is the inhibitor containing sodium tripolyphosphate and added sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium chloride 2j. However, the known composition is characterized by an insufficiently high efficiency, limited by the range of use in concentration of precipitating agents, a decrease in efficiency in the presence of organic additives and phases. In addition, the known composition is not corrosively effective. The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of scaling prevention, enhance anti-corrosion properties, expand the use of salt-forming reagents and the ability to use the composition in the presence of organic additives, expanding the use of salt-forming chemicals. The goal is achieved by adding pyrophosphoric acid and alkali metal acetate as additives at the following ratios of ingredients, wt.%: Sodium tripolyphosphate 45-70 Pyrophosphoric acid28-54 Sodium acetate 1.0-2.0 The composition is most effective in the concentration range of 1b -5-10 mol. A specific feature of the composition is the synergistic enhancement of the inhibiting properties in comparison with the equivalent amounts of the constituent components, the stability of the inhibitory properties j in the presence of organic substances and phases. ruyuschie svorChstva in related processes corrosion and neutral media. The inhibitory properties of such a composition are maintained in the temperature range of 10-85 ° C. Table. 1 gives comparative characteristics of the effectiveness of inhibitors. In tab. Figure 2 shows the effectiveness of preventing scaling and corrosion, depending on the composition. Experiments conducted at. The organic phase is used as an additive (concentration of 0-30% by volume). 3. The data on the effect of the organic phase on the effectiveness of the proposed composition (concentration. -1 O-mol / l) are given. In tab. 4 presents the data of corrosion rates of St, 20 in the presence of an inhibitor with the duration of the experiment of 10 days and a temperature of 65 C. Table. 5 presents a comparative; on the characteristics of the effectiveness of the proposed and known inhibitors, depending on the nature, and the concentration of mineral salts, In table. 6 presents data on the effect of the nature and concentration of 1 choline salts on the corrosion rate of Art. 20 in the presence of the proposed and known compositions. As can be seen from the above experimental material, the proposed composition more effectively inhibits the formation of carbonate deposits on the metal surface than limestone (87 and 94-97). It is more effective in terms of slowing down the corrosion rate of 1.6-1.0 and 5 mg / cm.h, and also retains its effectiveness in the presence of organic additives and phases, salts, and their mixtures found in natural, circulating and reservoir waters. The composition can be used to protect underground equipment in mechanical oil production and in circulating water supply systems, especially at high calcium bicarbonate contents (1, 8 g / l) in waters. The application of the proposed method makes it possible to reject the parallel application of special corrosion inhibitors, while maintaining
