00 The invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, devices for monitoring thyristors in high-power thyristor controllers. In the electric load control regulators, thyristor pairs are used, connected in parallel to each other. One of the methods of regulation is pulsed, in which certain numbers of the power supply half-waves are passed or not passed, which is determined by setting the law of impulses following up, using thyristors. When operating the regulator for inductive load, it is important that the polarity of the half-wave, the following after a pause, did not coincide with the sex of the gyulwa wave, which precedes the pause, this is taken into account in the law of the control pulses. Otherwise, saturation of the detector may occur, which ultimately leads to an increase in the current through the thyristor, the maximum permissible value and its breakdown. Under interference, the control pulse law is violated and a forbidden state can form. Therefore, it is necessary to control the sequence of switching on the thyristors in the pair. A device for monitoring the state of thyristors ClJ is known. The closest to the invention to the technical essence is a device for monitoring the state of the thyristors, containing a thyristor state sensor, made in the form of two onTpOHHfcitx pairs, the LEDs of which are connected anti-parallel and connected through the resistor to the input terminals of the C21 thyristor state sensor. The drawbacks of the devices are the impossibility to control the sequence of switching on two thyristors with separate control nodes connected anti-parallel and connected in series with the load to the terminals for connecting the power supply. The purpose of the invention is to expand the functionality of the device by allowing control of the switching sequence of two thyristors with separate control nodes connected in anti-parallel and connected in series with the load to the terminals for connecting the power supply. The stated goal is reached,. . According to the invention, by means of, a triac for monitoring the state of the thyristors, containing a sensor for the state of thyristors, made in the form of two optron pairs, whose light-emitting diodes are connected anti-parallel and connected via resistor to the input terminals of the thyristor state sensor, trigger, while the input terminals of the status sensor of the tori are designed to be connected to the load, and the photodetectors of optocouplers are connected to the trigger inputs, the outputs of which are intended to be connected to the prohibitory inputs thyristor control nodes. The drawing shows a diagram of a device for monitoring the state of thyristors. The device, controlling the tristors 1,2, operating on the load 3, contains the first and second thyristor control nodes 4.5, the first and second optocouplers 6.7, the trigger 8, the resistor 9. The device operates as follows. The network voltage is applied to the load 3 through a pair of anti-parallel thyristors 1, 2. The thyristor control nodes 4.5 generate control pulses, respectively, for thyristors 1 and 2, forming the prescribed laws of alternating the half-wave voltage on the load 3 and the pauses between them. For definiteness, suppose that at the time in question the trigger 8 is in the initial state and enables the control unit 4 to work, prohibit the operation of the control unit 5. The control pulses from the output of the node 4 open the thyristor 1. Under the influence of the voltage on the load 3 the LED lights up optocoupler b, including a photodiode, subsets of the potential of the common bus to the input S of the trigger 8. The latter goes into a state that prohibits the operation of the node 4 and enables the operation of the node 5. When the polarity changes, the power supply to the network closes p 1, and when a control pulse appears at the output of node 5, the thyristor 2 opens. The voltage at load 3 changes its polarity, and the LED of the optocoupler 7, including the photodiode, lights up, the potential of the common bus to the input R of trigger 8. The latter passes in the initial state. Similar processes are repeated. Under the influence of interference in nodes 4 or 5 of the thyristor control, an extra control impulse is formed, because the formation of the next control impulse is disturbed. In both cases, the legal relationship between the polarity of the voltage on the load before the pause and the polarity after the pause can be broken. However, as indicated above, the formation of a control pulse is only allowed for the thyristor: which transmits to the load 3 a half-wave network voltage, opposite in sign to that applied to the load. 1081758 The advantage of the proposed device is to increase the reliability of the thyristor controller due to the protection of the thyristors.
