The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to electric machines of direct current of low power. Electric DC masking machines are known, in which the brush holders are attached to the sub-shield and the bearing shield is bolted to the body of the electric masses. The shield has grooves that move the brush holders to install the brushes in neutral, and then the brush holders are fastened to the shield with bolts 1 and 2. The drawback of the device is the complexity and duration of adjustment, since the fixing of the brush holders to the shield is individual. In addition, when loosening the mounting screw, it is difficult to fix the brush holder with a uniform gap from the working part of the collector, i.e. distortions of brush holders are possible, which causes increased wear of the collector and brushes, sparking. This, in turn, reduces the durability of the electric machine and increases radio interference. A DC motor is known, comprising a housing with an annular groove in which a fastener with threaded holes is inserted, a sub-shield with a protrusion extending into the bore of the housing and openings for passing the screws securing the sub-sub-shield to the housing by means of the fastening element 3 A disadvantage of the known fastening is the difficulty of assembling the shield with the housing. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the assembly of the shield with the case and reduce the complexity. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a direct current motor, comprising a housing with an annular groove, into which is mounted a fastener with threaded holes, a bearing shield with a protrusion entering the boring, and openings for passing the screws the bearing shield to the housing by means of the fastening element, the latter made in the form of a spring ring, and the threaded holes are placed on the protrusions located along the inner perimeter of the spring ring. FIG. 1 shows an electric motor, a general view; in fig. 2 — node I in FIG. 1 (mounting the shield to the body); in fig. 3 - fastener, general view. The electric motor includes a housing 1, a support shield 2, a stator 3, a measles 4 with a collector, a brush holder 5, Brushes 6, a fastening element 7. The fastening element 7 is made in the form of a flat ring with a cut for ease of assembly with the housing, as well as its notches from the groove . Along the inner perimeter of the ring, protrusions with threaded holes are arranged uniformly around the circumference. It is possible to perform fasteners in the form of individual segments, which when assembled form a single closed loop. The connection of the substructure with the body is made as follows. The ring 7 is compressed to the inner diameter of the housing and installed in the pre-made groove in the housing, then the shield 2 is installed against the end of the housing, screws are inserted through the holes in the sub-support shield to connect with the threaded holes in the fastener and these screws are pre-tightened . In order to align the axes of the threaded hole in the fastener with the axis of the hole in the shield, use can be made of pinch catches, which, after alignment, are removed. Then adjust the position of the brushes relative to the physical neutral by turning the bearing shield together with the fastening element. After the operation of adjusting the position of the brushes relative to the neutral, fastening screws are finally tightened; The proposed technical solution allows adjustment of the position of the brushes relative to the physical neutral in closed-type motors, and the ease of assembly and ease of adjustment is provided, as the position of the brushes is changed by simply turning the bearing shield. In addition, with this adjustment, the relative position of the brush holders is relative to each other and the required geometrical position of the brush holders and the collector is maintained. This reduces brush wear and sparking, therefore, increases machine durability and reduces radio interference.
