The invention relates to squeezing vortex vas spraying devices can be used in furnaces of industrial units. A nozzle is known, which contains a housing in the central channel of which an avihikhrel is installed in the inlet section and a partition equipped with axial holes in front of the outlet, in front of which there is a rotary wheel with blades. A disadvantage of the well-known nozzle in various operating modes is located. The closest to the proposed invention is a nozzle comprising a housing with a central confusing channel and a confusing biasing infusion nozzle and a coaxial plunger with an helical groove on the outer surface mounted in a channel with autonomous movement of the central adjusting needle E of the G2 housing. The disadvantage of the known injector is the VALUE, significant fuel consumption and insufficient quality of the driver. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the consumption of nausea and improve the quality of spraying. This goal is achieved by the fact that the nozzle, comprising a housing with a central confuser channel and a confused IJFuzzy outlet nozzle and fitted in the channel with the possibility of autonomous movement, the central adjusting valve and a coaxial plunger with helical grooves on the outer surface, repeating the shape of the pilot channel, further comprise mounted in the channel in front of the plunger is a rotor with d blades oriented under the angles to its generator. In addition, in the channel in front of the rotor, an additional rotary ring with blades, placed at an angle to its "erase", is installed. Moreover, the blades of the rotational ring are oriented to the side, opposite the auxiliary rotor blade of the rotor, or be directed to them in one direction. FIG. 1 shows a nozzle, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a view B in FIG. 1. The nozzle includes a housing 1 with a central, rectal confuser channel 2 and a confusion-diffuser output nozzle 3 and installed in channel 2 with the possibility of autonomous movement of the central adjustment needle 4 and coaxial plunger 5 with helical grooves b on the outer surface 7, repeating The housing 2 that forms the channel 2 has a shape. Forsusha additionally contains a rotor 8 mounted in the channel 2 in front of the plunger 5 with blades 9 oriented at an angle to its generator. In channel 2 in front of the rotor 8, an additional rotary ring 1 O with blades 11 placed at an angle to its generator can be installed. The blades of the rotational ring 10 are oriented in the direction opposite to the blade of the rotor 8, or are directed with it to one side. The operation of the nozzle is carried out as follows. The fuel supplied to the channel 2 of the housing 1, for example fuel oil, hitting the blades 9 of the rotor 8 and the blades 11 of the rotary ring 10, rotates the rotor 8 and the rotary ring 10. When installing one rotor 8 with pitch, installation diameter of the blades 9 and parameters of the blades 9, corresponding to the pitch, diameter and size of the screw grooves 6 of the plunger 5, the blades 9 during rotation periodically overlap the grooves 6 and at the same time stop the flow of fuel. When installing the rotor 8 with a pitch, installation diameter of the blades 9 and their hexometric parameters, corresponding to smaller geometry of the grooves 6, the rotating rotor 8 periodically partially overlaps the grooves 6 and this reduces the amount of fuel supplied. Next, screw grooves b plunger; 5 twist 1x the flow of flow, which then through the nozzle 3 enters the volume of combustion. Thus, during the operation of the nozzle, pulsations of the amount of fuel are provided with a periodic interruption in the supply of a jet of nausea, as well as (in a continuous environment) with a periodic change in the amount of fuel supply. The pulsation frequency of the amount of fuel is changed by changing the angle of installation of the blades 9. To expand the range of the frequency of the pulsations of the amount of nausea, an additional rotary ring 10 with blades 11 is installed, which periodically cover the inter-blade space of the rotor 8. And with the same angle of inclination of the blades 9 and 11, the rotor B and the rotary ring Yu rotates in one direction, but at different speeds due to the different angle of inclination
11.blades 9 and 11 relative to the rotor 8 and the rotary hoof 1O, respectively, which also provides for the regulation of the frequency of pulsations. It is possible to install the rotor 8 and the ring Yus opposite the j-angle of inclination of the blades 9 and 11.
3.Through the axial movement of the adjusting needle 4, the flow area of the exit nozzle 3 is changed.
