The invention relates to pipe fittings and can be used & t but to overlap the flow of working slits containing abrasive inclusions. Known ball valve, seal-. However, when the valve is in the open position, sealing elements may be subject to abrasive wear. Closest to the proposed technical essence is a ball valve containing a ball stop plug installed in the housing with trunnions and forcibly movable seats with G2 sealing rings. In this valve, the sealing rings are not protected from the working environment and are subject to both abrasive wear and wear due to friction. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the wear of the sealing kapets and increase tightness. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a ball valve containing a ball stop valve with trunnions installed in the housing and forcibly movable seats with sealing rings, an annular groove is made on the end surface of the saddles on the side of the plug, the Haeolco surfaces of which have juxtaposed sealing rings , in the cavity of the groove there is a protective ring which is spring-loaded in the direction of the plug, and on the stop plug there are annular protrusions mating with annular slots, with the plug open and closed. In addition, the internal cavity of the annular groove is filled with lubricant and message & on the channels in the saddle with a source of lubricant and a zone of contact between the annular projections of the plug and the annular groove. FIG. 1 shows a ball valve, general view; in fig. 2 - the node in figure 1. In the ball valve housing 1, having an inlet 2 and outlet 3 nozzles and covers 4, 5, a stopper 6 is installed with two pairs of annular projections 7. The trunnions 8 and 9 of the ball valve rest on the bearings 10, which are protected by sealing assemblies made of metal rings 11 of the shaped ring 12 and cuff 13. The middle cover 14 has an additional seal 15. In the nozzles 2 and 3 there are movable saddles consisting of a metal housing 16, body seals 17, a movable ring 18 installed in a stepped annular groove 19 seat, O-rings 20, 21 lubrication system. The movement of the ring 18 is provided by the spring 22. The principle of operation of the rolling seat is as follows. When the ball shutter is stationary in the Open or Closed position by the pressure of the medium P, coming from an external source, the seat under. presses against the surface of the ball valve with annular protrusions 7. The secondary ring 18, compressing the pin 22, opens the seat seals encompassing the lateral surfaces of the annular ball valves. Through the system 21, the lubricant is supplied to the contact zone from the inner cavity of the annular groove 19. When the ball valve is rotated from the Open position to the Closed position, the seat is pressed from the surface of the annular projections by the force created by the pressure of the medium P, the movable ring 18 closes the seal 20. Advantage of the proposed The device consists in the fact that penetration of the corrosive-corrosive environment to the sealing element and the effect of abrasive particles on the sealing surface are practically excluded.
