Description
2. Полотно по п. 1, отличаю щ е е с тем, что TOJmnna сло эластичного полимера равна 1,5-3,5 диаметра частиц наполнител .2. The canvas according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the TOJmnna of the elastic polymer layer is 1.5-3.5 times the diameter of the filler particles.
The invention relates to a polygraphic technique, in particular, to a device for decanning sheets, and can be used as a decal cover for printing machines, high-pressure, offset and type-offset printing. Known lanes are known, the arrangement of which provides for the warp deformability of individual, often internal, layers with a small value for the rest. To reduce the distortion of the printing elements on the prints, uniformly distributed, deformable elements, for example, microcavities connected by channels or volume fibers p and 23 dispersed in it, are introduced into the elastic layer. However, these decan sheets do not provide uniform distribution of deformation properties due to the uneven shape and distribution of dispersed elements. The closest to the technical essence of the Proposed is a deck fabric containing successively placed on the basis of an elastic intermediate layer, comprising an elastic polymer and a filler of spherical particles of the same size, which can be made of glass, carbon, phenolic resins or thermoplastic material, and surface words Such a decal polo arrangement provides a more uniform distribution of the elastic-deformation properties. However, completely eliminating the distortion on the print when reproducing the borders of individual printing elements and during abrupt gradation transitions does not allow such a canvas, because under the pressure of the printing element not only the decks of the parts located directly under the printing element, but also under the spacing areas . In offset printing, distortion occurs due to the concentration of stresses at the border of the printed contact area. The purpose of the invention is to improve the elastic-deformation and printing properties of the deck fabric. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a deckchair cloth holding successively placed on the basis of an elastic intermediate layer and the surface layer / intermediate elastic layer consists of at least two layers, one of which is formed from elastic polymer, and the other - from a monolayer of spherical shape, bonded to the polymer layer by means of an adhesive and made of a material with a modulus of elasticity greater than the elastic modulus of the elastic polymer, the intermediate layer being bonded to the surface nym article by an adhesive layer, the polymer layer thickness is 1.5-3.5 filler particle diameter. FIG. 1 shows a decal cloth, section, in a state of rest; in fig. 2 - the same, under the action of a letterpress form. Decal fabric consists of successive layers of elastic polymer 2 on the basis of 1, monolayers of spherical particles of filler 3 and surface layer 4, all layers being bonded to each other by means of adhesive layers .5 (in Fig. 1 there are several layers of elastic polymer 2 and layers of filler particles 3). Between the surface of the spherical particles of the filler 3 and the surface of the layers 5. air ducts b are formed, which change their dimensions during deformation of the uray of the interlayer. Multi-layered canvas works as follows. Under the pressure of the printing element 7, the surface layer 4 is pressed in, through which the compressive force is transmitted to the filler particles located beneath it. They, in turn, transfer the force to the layer of elastic. Polymer 2, herewith, due to the fact that the elastic modulus of spherical filler particles Z. is higher, they are pressed into elastic layer 2, depending on the voltages transmitted by the particles or else extrusion of the unloaded parts of the surface into the air ducts occurs b. If the pressure force of the printing element 7 is not compensated by the deformation of the upper part of the compressible
сло , то оно распростран етс на нижележащие повтор ющиес слои по аналогичному механизму.layer, it spreads to the underlying repetitive layers by a similar mechanism.
Такое устройство лекального полотна преп тствует деформации материала вне зон печатного контакта, устран ет вление концентрации напр жений на границах отдельных печатающих элементов , способству более точной передаче изображени на оттиск. :.Such a device of curved sheet prevents the material from deforming outside the areas of the printed contact, eliminates the phenomenon of stress concentration at the borders of individual printing elements, and contributes to a more accurate transfer of the image to the print. :.
15-25%,.Tests of the proposed layered decanal fabric showed that with uneven printing forms in high and offset printing, equal to 1.5 sheet thickness of 65 grams. paper, there is no need for power seasoning combined forms. The prints have a high point purity and, in the case of letterpress printing, are characterized by the absence of visible pressure from circulation. Printing an illustration of a product requires a small amount of UHOHHofJ seasoning. The use of the proposed material allows to reduce the amount of work on the seasoning by 15-25%.
Применение изобретени позвол ет улучшить качество печатной продукции в высокой, офсетной и типоофсетной печати и csЩecтвeннo снизить объем приправки в высокой печати.The application of the invention allows to improve the quality of printed products in high, offset and type offset printing and cs. Reduce the volume of seasoning in letterpress.
