Description
ОABOUT
O5 The invention relates to medicine, namely obstetrics. There is a method of treating uteroplacental circulatory insufficiency 1. However, the known method does not provide for the prevention and treatment of hypoxia and malnutrition of the fetus. The purpose of the invention is the prevention and treatment of hypoxia and malnutrition of the fetus during complicated pregnancy. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of treating uteroplacental circulatory insufficiency by administering vasoactive drugs to pregnant women, low-molecular blood substitutes are administered at the same time as cardiotonic drugs 30-60 minutes before the treatment begins. The method is carried out as follows. Using a gamma scintillation chamber and a computer for intravenous administration of albumin human serum labeled with technetium 99, with an activity of 20-30 MBC, to pregnant women, the volumetric blood flow in the intervillous space of the placenta is determined. It is equal to 72.12 ml / min per 100 g of placental tissue. After 1 day of the same pregnant woman, 0, - 1.0 Korglucon is infused together with reopiglucine 15 ml / kg at a rate of 6090 drops per minute. After 1 hour, 0.5 mg of alupenta is added to the infusion solution, and the infusion rate is reduced to 25-30 drops per minute. 15 minutes after the addition of alupenta, the volumetric blood flow in the intervillous space of the placenta is measured, it is equal to 96.75 ml / min per 100 g of placental tissue. During the entire infusion after the addition of alupenta, an improvement in fetal heart activity was observed. The proposed method was carried out treatment of failure of the uteroplacental circulation in 40 pregnant women with complicated nephropathy, miscarriage and prolongation of pregnancy. At the same time, such preparations were used, such as alupente, partusisten, and trental, and in almost all cases, an increase in the mother-acetal circulation was obtained by 25-35%. Under the action of regular therapy for 8-10 hours a day, the occurrence of fetal hypoxia passed in 5-7 days, hypotrophy - in 15-18 days of treatment. In addition, in the treatment of mato-n-acetal circulation insufficiency, a decrease or absence of destruction of the placenta was observed. The proposed method of treating uteroplacental circulatory insufficiency increases the drainage of the ischemic uterus and placenta, leading to a decrease or elimination of hypoxia or malnutrition of the fetus. Using it in general obstetric practice will reduce the number of complications for the fetus, increase the percentage of births of healthy newborns, which will reduce the stay of puerperal women and their newborns in the hospital.
