Abstract

4 4 The invention relates to devices for maintenance of wagons. Devices for setting doors of covered cars are known, which include an expansion rail 1u and a gripping bracket 1. When installed with the aid of a known device, manual labor is widely used, as a result of which simple cars are large. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of setting the doors of the cars. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for setting doors of covered cars, comprising an extension bar and a catch bracket, is equipped with a guide beam with attachment points on oblique racks of the car and a winch mounted on an extension bar, containing a rack with an adjusting screw, guide roller and supports for engagement with the doorway, and the catch bracket is attached to the end of the flexible winch member. On a stand 1, a guide beam 9 is rigidly mounted with rigid stops 10 and fastening bolts 11. Supports 10 fixing bolts 11 are mounted on the uprights 12 of the wagons 13, and the guide beam 9 interacts with the rollers 14 of the door 15. The device operates as follows. The rack 1 with the supports 2 and 3 is installed in the doorway of the car, 13 and the adjusting screw 4 is fixed there. The guide beam 9 is fixed by means of rigid stops 10 and fastening bolts I1 on the oblique pillars 12 of the car 13. The door 15 is driven by the rollers 14 on the guide beam 9. The gripping bracket 7 is fixed on the roller 14, and the flexible element 6 through the guide roller 8 is wound on the winch 5 and the door 15 is closed in its place by closing the opening 16. The proposed device allows a drastic reduction in the time for just cars at the car preparation stations for loading, since there is no need to call a crane, and manual labor and time for setting up door wagon.
