Description
The invention relates to devices for the preparation of porous samples of ores and rocks for analysis by geophysical methods and may be used as part of a set of geophysical equipment designed to study the properties of chemical composition distributed in containers (cuvettes) made in the form of a cylinder. nopotuKOBbix samples of ores and rocks in containers (cuvettes), which is a flat metal or glass plate to seal the sample in the container and form the surface of the samples s fl. . The container (cuvette) is filled with sample powder. The sample is compacted and its surface is leveled with the flat surface of the plate. . The shortcomings of such a device are the low quality of the sample surface preparation, the long sample preparation time, the uneven height of the sample backfill over the container area and the uncontrolled backfill density, often different in different parts of the container. All this undesirably affects the results of the analysis. The closest to the predshshga.emo. It is a device for preparing powder samples, containing a building and a means for leveling sample 2, the body of the cell is filled with powder sample with excess, excess material is removed with a double device, and the rollers seal the sample and. They flush its surface flush. With the upper section of the cuvette in the process of moving the cuvette in the holder through the device. . The disadvantage of this method is that it is impossible to prepare a powder sample smaller in volume than the volume of the container (cuvette) when the level of backfilling of the sample is lower than the top section of the container, which is necessary in many cases, since powder analysis methods are now widely used. samples in thin layers of height c. tenths of a millimeter. In addition, in the practice of work, it is very important to obtain equal densely prepared samples throughout the container, as well as reproducibility of the density with repeated preparation in the container (cuvette) of the same sample, which regulates the possibilities of using the device, and increases the representativeness of the prepared samples. The aim of the invention is to expand the use of the device, increasing the representativeness of the prepared samples. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for the preparation of powder samples, comprising a housing and leveling means, the core is made with 11 centrifugal grooves / and the leveling means is made in the form of a rotor vertically installed in the body with a rotation mechanism and a string mounted on its end part . FIG. 1 shows a device, a longitudinal section in FIG. 2 container with unprepared powder sample. The device comprises a string 1 fixed on the end part of the rotor 2 with screws 3. mounted with the possibility of free rotation of the sleeve 4 placed at the body 5. The sleeve 4 is kept from turning in the body 5 by the locking element b, and from vertical movement along the axis of rotation by a nut 7, Inserted into the groove of the housing 5./The rotor 2 is kept from axial displacement .I. relative to the sleeve 4 with the help of the rotor flange 8, and the drive element 9 rigidly mounted on the axis 8. The housing 5 is equipped with observation ports 10 and centrifugal holes 11 and 12 soot etstvuyuschimi naruh Nome or the inner diameter of the container 13, which is p-pana zasy poroaiova walls sample 14. The device operates s.ledugatsim manner. Before switching on the drive, the device is installed (poured into container 13 with buried powder sample 14 and centered on the outer or inner diameter of the walls of container 13 by means of grooves 11 or 12 on the housing, 5. The rotor 2 is in its initial upper position and from the wire through the drive element 9 was driven into rotation. After the rotor 2 set, the required angular rotational speed of the w. 4 together with the rotor 2 was flatly released, turning the nut 7 down. The string b attached to the bottom of the rotor 2 comes in contact with the breakdown 14 and evenly The limit 1 does not move the layer of powder sample 14 located between the plane of rotation of the string 1 and the bottom of the container 13, but slightly condenses this layer, ensuring the protection of the yoke of the container 13 against abrasive wear,
The installation height of the string 1. above the bottom of the container 13 depends on. sample 14 and is adjusted in the pro-process of preparing the poroiz sample by nut 7 according to the result of visual control through viewing windows 10 of the housing 5. The rotor 2 can be visualized from the transparent material to have a visual control over the preparation process of sample 14 or of the main part, or to be performed in the location of the short code.
