3 The invention relates to the protection of steel against corrosion in closed CHG water cooling topics by the introduction of inhibitors and can be used in various parts of the national economy, in particular in the energy and chemical industries. A known inhibitor in neutral media containing Zn cations and organic compounds, such as benztriazole flj. However, this inhibitor has an insufficient degree of protection, contains expensive reagents, which does not allow them to be widely used in industry. The closest to the technical essence and the achieved effect to the invention is the composition for the protection of ferrous metals from corrosion in neutral aqueous media f2, containing a hydrolyzed acrylate compound, in particular hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile or copolymer, phosphate, in particular phosphonates and zinc ions, in particular oxide zinc. In addition, it additionally contains molybdates in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: 2-10 Phosphonates 1.5-10 Molybdates 0-50 Zinc oxide Hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile or 0.1-30 copolymer The known composition contains a large amount of expensive moth Dena has a very complex composition and high concentrations of the components in C and C. The degree of protection does not exceed 92%. The purpose of the invention to protect metals from corrosion in neutral aqueous media is to increase the degree of protection against corrosion of ferrous metals. The aim is to ensure that the composition for protection of ferrous metals from corrosion in neutral aqueous media containing hydrolyzed chrylate compound, phosphate and zinc compounds, mainly chloride or sulfate; zinc, as an acrylate, contains hydrolyzed acrylonitrile copolymer, methacrylate and itaconic acid fa as phosphate — sodium polyphosphate), in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: preparing a composition for ferrous metals aeidates against corrosion of neutral aqueous media. It is most expedient to use as a terpolymer copolymer waste production of polyacrylonitrile fiber-nitrone, containing, wt.%: Acrylonitrile 92-94 Methyl acrylate. 5-6 Itakonic acid, 1-2, which significantly reduces the cost of inhibition. Hydrolyzed ternary copolymer receive, as follows. 100 g of waste fiber nitrone is placed in a round-bottom flask, poured 150 ml of distilled water, 40 ml of 40% NaOH solution are added and stirred for 85 hours at 85-90 ° C. The resulting solution is purified from gaseous gases of the reaction products by blowing with air and neutralized with a 20% solution of acetic acid to a pH of 6.7-7. Examples The 3 lamellar specimens from Art. G are preliminarily cleaned from surface contamination, degreased with acetone, dried, kept in a desiccator for 30 minutes and weighed. Next, the samples are attached to a disk, vrgodayuscheyu with a peripheral speed corresponding to the speed of water movement in the heat exchangers and equal to 0.5-0.7 m / s The prepared samples are immersed in the inhibited water and kept there for 500 hours. For the entire time, the concentration of inhibitor in the water is kept constant. In parallel, experiments were carried out to determine the corrosion resistance of samples under similar conditions without an inhibitor (for calculating rates: m: 1 corrosion). After 500 fragments, the samples are washed and cleaned of contaminants, degreased, dried in a desiccator and weighed. Corrosion is calculated by the weight loss of the samples. The group of corrosion resistance and the score of resistance is evaluated on a 10-point scale of corrosion resistance of metals. Corrosion tests are carried out under the conditions of water circulation systems for the production of acetic acid, synthetic nitronic fiber, and synthetic ethanol. In tab. 1 shows the test conditions. As an inhibitor, a composition containing, g / l is used: Hydrolyzed copolymer 10 Paul {sodium phosphate Zn The prototype is a composition containing, by weight.h .: Hexamethylenediaminetetramethylphosphoric acid Zinc oxide

91,7.The protective effect of inhibition is 91.7.
гIn tab. 2 presents the results of corrosion testing of samples treated in the proposed corrosion protection composition under various conditions.
1).The effect of inhibition of the proposed composition is higher than that of the prototype with the optimum content of reagents in the water circulation system in all examples and exceeds 99% (Table 1).
With relatively equal water pollution, the amount of reagents and their number used to inhibit corrosion are much higher in the prototype than in the proposed composition. Besides, not at all
:используютс дефицитные соединени молибдена.: deficient molybdenum compounds are used.
In tab. 3 shows the dependence of the inhibiting properties of the proposed composition on the concentration of the ingredient Comrade.
A decrease in the amount of copolymer or zinc chloride leads to an increase in the corrosion rate and a decrease in the inhibition effect (Table 2). 0 Increasing the amount of phospholate At above 5 mg / l is not economically feasible, since the effect of inhibition does not practically increase / decrease the amount of polyphosphate 5 by 4 mg / l leads to a decrease in the effect of inhibition. Thus, the technical and economic advantage of the proposed composition for protecting ferrous metals from corrosion in neutral aqueous media is an increase in the degree of protection against corrosion, as well as a reduction in the cost of inhibiting water circulating systems.
