у/////////////////////. The invention relates to foundry, in particular, to tooling for making molds. According to the main author. St. No. 1014632, known to the flask, containing walls in which each corner is made in the form of a pipe rigidly connected to the walls and having an oval profile in cross section. Oval tubes reduce the negative impact of power loads and temperature stresses on the corners of the flask. However, under severe operating conditions, the whole-closed loop of the oval tubes causes cracks in them. On both sides of the small axis of symmetry of the oval profile of each pipe, loads of different size and sign alternate. So, if during the compaction of the molding mixture in the flask on both sides of the small axis of symmetry of the oval profile of each pipe, the force is identical in sign, then after pouring molten metal into the molded mold, the inside of each pipe undergoes a tension, and the external pressure is compressed i.e. the small axis of symmetry of the oval profile of each pipe is the interface. Due to the fact that under operating conditions the whole-closed loop of oval pipes leads to the formation of cracks in them, then the stability of such a flask is generally insufficient. The invention is an increase in the operational durability of the flask. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a flask, each of the oval tubes is made of two parts, connected by articulated axes, the geometric centers of which are located on the small axis of symmetry of the oval tube profile. FIG. 1 shows the proposed opoka in plan with a partial cut; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. 1. Flask contains walls 1, rigidly connected at the corners by pipes 2, having an oval profile in cross section, separated by a large 3 and a small 4 axis of symmetry. Each of the oval pipes 2 is made of two parts: the inner part 5 and the outer 6, which are interconnected by hinge axes 7, the geometric centers of which are located on the minor axis 4 of the symmetry of the oval profile of the pipe 2. The work of the flask is as follows. During the operation of the flask, the oval tubes 2 located at its corners experience both tension and compression stresses. Moreover, on both sides of the minor axis 4, the symmetries of the oval profile of each pipe 2 exhibit different stresses in magnitude and sign. Thus, when compacted in the mold mold, on both sides of the small axis 4, the symmetry of the oval profile of each pipe 2 acts according to the sign of force, and after pouring molten metal into the molded mold, the inner part 5 of each pipe 2 experiences tensile stress, and the outer part 6 - compressive stresses. However, despite the harsh operating conditions, in the oval pipes the flasks 2 do not form cracks due to the fact that their components 5 and 6 have the possibility of elastic angular displacement due to rotation on the hinge axes 7. Despite the elastic angle displacement of components 5 and 6 oval pipes 2 are insignificant; it is quite sufficient for elastic compensation of power loads and temperature stresses. Acting pipes. The technical and economic advantage of the proposed flask is that it increases its service life. implementation is achieved oval tubes of two parts interconnected scharnirnymi axes on small axes of symmetry oval profiles. The economic effect of the maximum use of the proposed flask is 1.32 million rubles.
