4 The invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to assistive devices for the selection of various means of the body. A device for taking biological samples is known, which comprises a tubular body with a rubber stopper 1. A disadvantage of the known device is the possibility of wound infection. The purpose of the invention is the elimination of infection. This goal is achieved in that the adaptation to a device for taking biological samples, comprising a tubular body with a rubber stopper, is provided with cylindrical containers with elastic stoppers at the ends installed in the tubular body. The drawing shows a device for taking biological samples, a general view. The device comprises a housing I, a metal tube in which two cylindrical containers 2 are inserted, closed on both sides by elastic plugs 3, Tanks 2 are pressed to the protrusion 4 of the inner end of the housing I by a sleeve 5, 1 screwed into the case 1. The sleeve 5 has a through hole In this case the stopper 6 is inserted into the rubber Bstfl, and on the end of the sleeve 5 there are recesses 7 for the wrench 8. To restrict the mobility of the body 1 of the muscle, relative to soft tissues. A disk 9 is screwed onto the outer edge of the housing 1. At the inner end of the housing I there is a stopper 10 times. The device is used as follows. One of the containers 2 is filled with distilled water (hypertonic solution). The liquid can be injected with needles and a syringe or by removing the plug 3. In the same way, the second tank 2 is filled with a disinfectant solution. First, a container filled with distilled water is inserted into the housing 1, then a container with a disinfectant solution. The advancement of the containers 2 to the front is limited by the protrusion 4 of the inner end of the housing I. The key 8 and the sleeve 5 are inserted into the recesses 7 of the bushings and screwed into the body I. While screwing in, the sleeve 5 presses the containers 2 against one another and to the shoulder 4. The key 8 is removed 7 and the through-hole of the sleeve 5 are closed with a rubber stopper 6. Soft tissue of the wall of a hollow organ, such as the gall bladder, is cut and the body 1 is inserted so that the inner end of the body is in the organ cavity and is fixed. The outer end of the housing 1 is pulled out of soft tissue and the disk 9 is screwed onto it. In this position, the device is left for a long period of time. When it is necessary to take a liquid from a hollow organ, remove the plug b, disinfect the outer surface of the plug 3 covering the container 2 with disinfectant solution, pierce the plug 3 with a needle and inject it into the disinfectant solution. Microorganisms that are on the needle die. Next, the needle produces two plugs 3 and enters the container 2 filled with distilled water, where a strong disinfectant solution is rinsed from the needle, which prevents it from entering the organ cavity with further advancement of the needle. Puncturing, there is one plug 3, the needle enters the organ cavity, after which material is taken. The needle cannot damage the opposite wall of the hollow organ, since this npenHfcTByeT is a 10 puncture restrictor. After collecting material into the syringe, the needle is withdrawn from the hollow organ. Moreover, if microorganisms in the liquid remain on the needle, they enter distilled water or disinfectant solution, die, and therefore cannot be introduced again into the organ cavity during subsequent material collection. As the tank solutions are contaminated, the spent solutions can be replaced or sucked out of them with a syringe and replaced with new ones. Such an embodiment of the proposed device ensures the elimination of infection of the wound and the cavity of the containers, which in turn increases the reliability of the results obtained from bacteriological examinations of the contents of hollow organs and cavities in animal experiments.
