A known ultrasonic defect containing a synchronizer, generators of probe and gating pulses, an ultrasonic transducer, an amplifier, a main and additional blocks of temporal sensitivity adjustment (DFC), an adder and an indicator ij. The drawback of the device is the inability to obtain the correct echo-signal ratios, since there is no compensation for the loss of ultrasonic energy that occurs when a signal passes through a number of inhomogeneities of the medium under investigation. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is an ultrasonic flaw detector containing successively connected synchronized probe pulse generator, ultrasonic transducer, first and second controlled gain stages, connected in series, the third controlled gain stage and indicator, and series-connected generator P -pulse pulses and an integrator connected between the synchronizer and the control input of the first amplification stage. The known flaw detector provides compensation for the loss of ultrasonic energy due to reflection on irregularities of the transmission. 2. A disadvantage of the known device is the low measurement accuracy, since it does not take into account that the amplitude of the ones following the first echo signal is already distorted due to the previous reflections. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of control. The goal is achieved by the fact that an ultrasonic flaw detector containing a serially connected synchronizer, a probe pulse generator, an ultrasonic transducer, first and second controlled amplification stages, a third controlled amplification stage and an indicator connected in series, and an integrator connected between the synchronizer and the control input of the first stage of the gain, equipped with calibrator and digital blocks connected to the synchronizer The second correction input is connected to the calibrator unit, the output is connected to the control input of the third amplification stage, the delay line is connected between the second and third amplification stages, the output of the calibrator unit is connected to the control input of the second amplification stage, and the input to its output. The drawing shows a structural diagram of the flaw detector. The ultrasonic flaw detector contains an ultrasonic transducer 1, a generator of 2 probe pulses, a synchronizer 3, a generator of 4 U-shaped pulses, controlled stages of amplification 5-7, an integrator 8, a calibrator unit 9, a digital correction unit 10, an indicator 11, a line 12 delays. The synchronizer 3, the probe pulse generator 2, the ultrasound transducer 1, the first and second controlled stages 5 and b of amplification, delay line 12, the third controlled amplification stage 7 and indicator 11 are connected in series. In addition, a generator of 4 U-shaped pulses and an integrator 8 are connected in series with the synchronizer 3, and the output of the integrator 8 is connected to the control input of the first amplification stage 5. A calibrator block 9 and a digital correction block 10 are connected to the synchronizer 3 in series, the output of which is connected to the control input of the third stage 7 gain. The second input of calibrator unit 9 is connected to the output of the second stage 6 gain, and the second output is connected to its control input. Ultrasonic flaw detector works as follows. The synchronizer 3 controls the repetition frequency of the ultrasonic probe pulses and synchronizes the operation of the calibrator unit 9 and the digital correction unit 10. Under the action of synchronizer pulses 3, the generator 2 generates electrical pulses that excite probing ultrasonic pulses emitted by the ultrasonic transducer 1 into the test medium. From converter 1 to cascade 5, echoes are received. The generator 4 generates a square-shaped voltage pulse, the leading edge of which coincides in time with the moment of radiation of the ultrasonic probe pulse, and the duration is equal to the sweep duration. The mogul pulse received at the 4p generator output is integrated by the integrator 8 and fed to the control input of the amplifier stage 5, the gain coefficient of which changes exponentially depending on the control voltage. At the same time, the echoes received from the ultrasound transducer 1 are amplified exponentially with time, thereby compensating for the decrease in the signal caused by attenuation in the medium. From the amplification stage 5, the signal enters the amplification stage 6, the gain of which depends calibrator 9 and can be changed from the flaw detector control panel. Next, the signal passes through line 12 of the delay and arrives at the input stage 7, the gain factor of which depends on the correction signal G from the output of the digital correction unit 10. The corrected signal from the amplification stage 7 is supplied to the indicator 11. The described ultrasound detector circuit allows to correct the distortions and to obtain the true values of the amplitudes of the signals reflected from the inhomogeneities in the following way. The boundaries with different densities are denoted by the numbers 1, 2, 3, ..., M and characterize these boundaries by the parameters T, T, RO, where T is the ultrasonic wave penetration coefficients through the ith boundary in the forward and reverse directions -Vno, Bc is the reflection coefficient from the n-oil border, -1, N. Provided that the ratios of inhomogeneities are small and compared with the transmission coefficients, multi-edge reflections can be neglected. We have ,,, V3, U-T; .r 83-T ° .T °; Vu - ((T-T v -r. Define the ratios of the corresponding amplitudes in the expressions (1) and (3).,. - V ,, -v ri-RV G. 1 i VN, M- (VI-RV -R HM Values G, G, ... , G are the correction coefficients by the coefficients, which must be multiplied by the observation. of these signals in order to obtain their true values. It is easy to see from expression (2) that with the known U all coefficients R, R, t,, ..., RN / can be calculated, which allow the calculation of correction factors G, T, ... f G | (according to formulas 4). The value of U-, i.e., the amplitude of the ultrasound pulse transmitted to the object under study, is determined during the calibration process using Calibrator block 9 using the formula U - Vo K-, where VQ k is the amplitude of the signal reflected from the product boundary / known coefficient depending on the acoustic properties of the boundary zovatel - a product that is set on the control panel. A digital signal is applied to the input of the digital correction unit 10 from the calibrator; - U and the amplitudes of the reflected echoes. In block .10, the calculation of the correction factors G,,, is carried out. . . , R | which are then converted to analog form and fed to the control input of the third stage 7 of usLenin. Line 12 of the delay provides a delay of the signal over the time required to calculate the current correction factor. f The use of the invention makes it possible to increase the accuracy of control of multilayer media at the expense of com252599.
