Description
епособ прост и удобен дл массового использовани при физической реабилитации больных гипертонической болезнью. s 1 The invention relates to medicine and can be used for the dosing of physical exertion during the therapeutic and recreational treatment, as well as the physical rehabilitation of patients with hypertensive disease of the initial stages. A known method for determining the permissible intensity of the training load of patients with hypertensive disease of the initial stages, includes: measuring the frequency of cardiac contractility and arterial pressure at rest. The disadvantage of this method is that it includes risk factors for the subject, since there may be complications caused by intolerance to the load. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate risk factors. This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of determining the permissible intensity of the training stages of patients with hypertonic disease of the initial stages, including measuring heart rate and arterial pressure at rest, oxygen consumption of the patient and his body weight are measured and the allowable intensity of physical exercise is determined by maximum heart rate: A + BX, rest VO and rest where X is the body mass of the body HELL - the maximum heart rate (Che) under a load of 92 Ches - maximal heart rate trenches under load, beats / min, 7; , 7 - for patients with stage I hypertension; B, 16.9 for stage II hypertensive patients, oxygen consumption at rest, ml / min. An example. Patient, 41 years old. Diagnosis: Hypertensive disease of the P stage. In the sitting position, the blood pressure was measured by the Korotkov method (A / D system 160 mm Hg), the heart rate was measured by palpation or electrocardiography (75 beats / min); (408 ml / min), his body weight (88 kg) is measured. Substituting the results of measurements into the formula, determine the allowable intensity of the load during physical training on the maximum heart rate: 75-408 tren. 160-88 - 118.7 bpm. tren The proposed method allows to obtain the calculated value of Tren Che. without affecting the trainee by increasing dynamic load until the occurrence of criteria for its nonperrenence, which eliminates the risk for the subject. The method is simple and convenient for mass use in the physical rehabilitation of patients with hypertension.
