In these furnaces, the glassmaking process is moved from the common pool to a special pre-chamber and the briquetted charge is used for cooking. There is a method of loading the mixture by feeding the glass bo and the ground mixture. The layers are arranged horizontally to ensure uniform melting of the glass-forming material ij. The lack of layered methods for charging the charge is the wear of the furnace lining with waste gases, which, in addition, can capture particles of the finely divided charge and carry them out of the working chamber or precipitate on the surface of the furnace lining, which also leads to an increase in its wear. The closest to the present invention is the method of loading the charge into a glass melting furnace equipped with a shaking prechamber, consisting in supplying the charge in the form of ring briquettes, which continuously form the lining. This method of loading makes it possible to use the advantages of the branded charge, and the vertical arrangement of the briquettes ensures their descent under the action of their own weight 2. However, the use of briquetted charge leads to the need for additional costs for briquetting compared to the use of pulverized charge. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the energy and capital costs of briquetting and improve the quality of glass by reducing the entrainment of volatile components of the charge. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of loading the charge into a glass melting furnace, equipped with a shaft prechamber, including feeding the charge in the form of ring briquettes, forming a continuously replaceable lining, 30-40% of the charge is supplied in the form of ring briquettes and 60-70% in powder form fall asleep in the gap between the ring briquettes and the mine. It is advisable to volatile components of the mixture to apply with powdered frequent mixtures. The drawing shows the shaft furnace chamber, a longitudinal section. The pre-chamber, which is a round shaft 1, is continuously filled with ring briquettes 2, which form the gas discharge channel 3. To increase the active surface, the inside of the briquette may have a wavy shape. The briquettes are fed into the mine through the loading device 4. At the bottom of the mine, the briquettes are supported on the shaped bars 5 or the ring water cooler. In the annular gap 6, formed by briquettes 2 and lining of the shaft 1, the powdery mixture is poured through the hopper 7. The gases entering the shaft from the furnace are removed through the pipe 8. Loading method TZ is a glass-making furnace produced by aluminum with a capacity of 20 tons / day with height the mine chamber is 3 m and the diameter of the channel for the passage of exhaust gases is 0.5 m (the total diameter of the shaft is 2.52 m and the outer diameter of the briquette is as follows. The charge is fed: 50% in the form of ring briquettes, 50% in powder form. Light volatile com Ponents of the mixture are supplied with powdered batch. The E-type aluminosilicate glass batch contains 15–18% of volatile components, depending on charge in various plants. For the most complete chemical reactions in the bulk volume and reduction of the aggressive effect of the melt charge on the stationary lining of the mine, the volatile components mixed with approximately 4 times more of the remaining components of the mixture. Thus, the weight of the charge in the annular gap is 60-70%, the reduction in the amount of briquetted charge is limited by the strength of the briquette. When gases pass through the charge, they wash the surface of the briquette and melt as a melt into the pool located under the shaft. The powder mixture is also heated / melted and, the solution of the ring briquette, flows into the pool under the shaft. In the case of supplying all volatile components with a powder mixture, its melting point decreases and its dissolving capacity increases, which accelerates the melting of ring briquettes. In addition, the volatile components contact only with charge materials and do not come into direct contact with the exhaust gases. The vapors of volatile components, the passage through the powder mixture, are condensed in its upper layers having a low temperature.
