ч).4 ND Yu The invention relates to the separation of liquid mixtures into components using semipermeable membranes and can be used to purify brines from glycerol, for example, to clean up salt waste from the production of synthetic glycerin. A known method for the purification of solutions of sodium chloride containing glycerin consists in oxidizing the latter in brine with sodium hypochlorite in the presence of a catalyst. This method does not allow the utilization of glycerin. Closest to the present invention is a method for purifying sodium chloride solutions from glycerol by filtration through a reverse osmosis membrane from acetylcellulose. The disadvantage of this method is the low degree of purification of solutions of sodium chloride from glycerol, which is 80-85%. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification of sodium chloride solutions from glycerol. This goal is achieved by the fact that iTO according to the method of purifying sodium chloride solutions from glycerol by filtration through a membrane, uses a polyacrylonitrile membrane, and the process is carried out at a pressure of 0.5-2.0 MPa. process, and more than 2.0 MPa due to faster sealing of the membranes and a decrease in productivity over time. The method allows to obtain a minimum volume of a concentrate with a content of 5.5–5.7% glycerol and the filtrate in the form of a purified glycerol solution of atri chloride. Concentrate and filtrate are useful for return to production. Concentration of organic matter occurs simultaneously with the isolation of a purified solution of sodium chloride. These differences make it possible to increase the degree of purification of sodium chloride solutions from glycerol to 99.9100%. Example 1. A solution of sodium chloride with a concentration of 34 g / l, containing 41.8 g / l of glycerin, is filtered through a polyacrylonitrile (PAN-ZOO) membrane at a pressure of 2.0 MPa. The process is carried out on a membrane installation with a circulation of the solution at 20-30 0. The degree of purification from glycerol is 99.95%. Example 2. A solution of sodium chloride with a concentration of 51 g / l, containing 60.2 g / l of glycerol, is filtered through a polyacrylonitrile membrane at a pressure of 0.5 MPa. The other process conditions are the same as those in example 1. The degree of glycerin purification is 99.8%. The table shows the data on the separation of sodium chloride from a solution of a concentration of 30–200 g / l, containing 1.0–1.5 g / l of glycerin, on an ultrafiltration plant with recirculation of the solution at ambient temperature. The membranes of the brand PAN-300 have Td average pore diameter of 30 nm (3UO A) and a water permeability of 150 l / mh at 0.15 MPa. Purification of the sodium chloride solution from glycerol is carried out with simultaneous concentration of the latter (pressure 2.0 MPa, average productivity 390 l / m.h).

NaCl49.0.0 From the table it follows that sodium chloride is not retained by the membrane, the glycerin selectivity is high and with an increase in the concentration of the latter it tends to 100%. The presence of salt in a wide range of concentrations (30–200 g / l) does not affect the retention of glycerol by the membrane. As a result of ultrafiltration separation of the mixture (for ease of disposal, it is advisable to apply a solution with a salt concentration of 150–200 g / l for separation) to obtain a filtrate and a concentrate in a volume ratio of 49: 1. The filtrate is brine with a content of 150-200 g / l NaCl.
Continuation of the table and 0.10-0.20 g / l glycerol. After being saturated with the salt salt, such a brine is suitable for producing chlorine and caustic by diaphragm electrolysis. The concentrate contains 150-200 g / l NaCl and 66-69 g / l Glycerol. The use of the proposed method provides, in comparison with the known ones, an increase in the degree of purification of the solutions and the possibility of obtaining a minimum volume of concentrate with a high content of the organic component and a full return to production without additional processing.
