This invention relates to devices for the collection and discharge of sounder materials. The bunker for the bulk material is known; ia, containing a baler, made in the form of obliquely arranged rims, elastically varying in length 1. The disadvantage of this device is the presence of several individual drives, as well as crushing of the bulk material. The bulk material hopper is known, comprising a housing and a caving device located therein, including chains 2. However, the device is unreliable in operation, since stagnant zones are formed in the center of the hopper. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the bunker. This goal is achieved by the fact that the bulk material bin, the housing and the coiling device located in it, including chains, are equipped with a cone-displacement device mounted on a vertical brush, the large base of which has elastic plates, and an elastic shell, with a reinforced upper part around the perimeter of the bunker, with this, some ends of the chains are fixed on the upper and lower parts of the cone, and others - under the elastic shell. In addition, the elastic plates are arranged in a checkerboard pattern. FIG. i shows a hopper for bulk materials; FIG. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows the node I in FIG. 1. Bunker for bulk materials includes a housing 1 with an outlet 2 and a throat located in the lower part of the housing 3. In the housing 1 there is a device for displacing the product, made in the form of the housing 4 mounted on the stem B. Along the perimeter of the inner surface of the hopper is attached with the upper part elastic shell 6. The bottom flexible chains 7 and the upper flexible chains 8 are fastened to the body of the cone. The free ends of the chains are fixed by the elastic shell of the chains. Wear-resistant elastic plates 9 are attached to the lower part of the cone, the lower working ends of which are sharpened at an acute angle. The cross-sectional shape of the cone 4 coincides with the cross-sectional shape of the outlet neck of the bunker. The length of chains 7 is chosen such that in the lower operating position of the cone 4 with the bunker closed they are tensioned, and in the upper working position they hang freely. The length of the upper chains 8 is chosen so that they hang freely in the lower working position of the cone, and in the upper working position they are pulled and take the weight of the shell 6. The device works as follows 4, closing the outlet, rises to the upper working position and opens the opening 2 In this case, chains 7 and 8, fixed in pairs on one generatrix of the cone, and the other ends fixed on the inner perimeter of the hopper, twist the cone 4 about the vertical axis and loosen the bulk material. and in the central part of the bunker. The material flows to the outlet and begins to pour out of the hopper. In the upper working position of the cone 4 of the chain 8, the lower part of the elastic shell with an adhering layer of bulk material is raised, which due to deformation of the shell 6 is detached from the surface of the latter. In the case of education in the bulk. iTeporks and,: 1A set of coius 4 inovri rial, movement in a helicopter is reported ;. ., the plane. When the bulk material is unloaded, the cone 4 descends: A wear-resistant elastic plate 9 touches the inner surface of the neck 3 of the hopper, as the cone descends, they bend and cut off the loose material that has stuck to the inner surface of the neck with its working end. When the cone is lowered. the bunker is hermetically closed
