However, pipes and fittings produced in accordance with regulatory and technical documentation have tolerances of up to 1 mm, therefore, these adhesives cannot be used to connect them due to insufficient bonding strength. Known glue GIPK-122 based on polyvinyl chloride resin, modified phenol-formaldehyde and epoxy resins, stabilizer, filler and solvent. The glue does not provide sufficient bonding strength of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipes in the presence of a gap, the closest to the technical essence and the obtained result to the invention is the adhesive composition, including polyviniLchloride, a copolymer of vinylidene chloride and vinyl chloride, an epoxy resin diane stabilizer (silica, leaden lead, a lead resin, a silicate (lead silicate, lead resin). di-silica), solvent. The adhesive composition does not have the required rapidity of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride. The purpose of the invention is to accelerate the setting and increase the strength of the bonding of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipes. The object of the invention is achieved in that the adhesive composition comprising a chlorinated polymer, an epoxy resin Dianova, a filler, a stabilizer and a solvent, contains chlorinated 1 polyvinyl chloride as the chlorinated polymer, with a molecular weight of 190PPO-200000 in the following ratio of components (wt, %): Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride with a molecular weight of 190,000-200,000 17.0-20.5 Epoxy resin Dianova 0.8-0.9 Filling agent 1.9-2.8 Stabilizer 0.8-0.9 Solvent Remaining As solvent tetrahydrofuran is used The composition uses chlorinated polyvinyl chloride with a mole weight of 100,000-200,000. Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (TUb-01-1-163-76) is obtained by chlorination in aqueous medium of polyvinyl chloride suspension brand C-63M 1 or block brand M-64. Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride is a homogeneous white powder. Resins of the following grades ED-20, ED-6, ED-41 can be used as epoxy resin. Lead silicate, lead litharge, red lead lead can be used as stabilizer, zinc oxide and silicon oxide can be used as filler. The adhesive is prepared as follows. In kleemeshalku load the required amount of solvent, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride. After obtaining a solution of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, epoxy resin, fillers (preferably with a particle size of not more than 0.25 mm), a stabilizer are successively introduced and mixed and mixed until a halogen mass is obtained. The glue obtained has the following parameters: Viscosity according to VZ-1 at 20 ° C 100–200 s. Dry matter content 25–35 Adhesive shear strength under compression 2 h after. gluing, MPa 1.7-1.9. The tests are carried out on pipe sections with a diameter of 63 mm and a height of 0 mm, cut from a pipe and a pipe. A layer of glue is applied with a brush or a glass stick to glued surfaces after degreasing with methylene chloride or acetone. An open exposure of 1.5 minutes is given, then a second layer of glue is applied with the same exposure and the parts are joined. Glued specimens are tested for shear extrusion on a tensile machine. The glued sample is laid into the matrix. The extrusion is made by a punch at a temperature of 1010 0 C at a loading rate of 10 mm / min, which is fixed in the movable clamp of the machine. Table 1 shows the compositions of adhesives, Table 2 shows the comparative properties. As can be seen from the table, the use of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride with M, M. 190000-200000 allows you to get glue with increased fast-setting and bonding strength of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipes. Glue can be used in chemical applications when transporting corrosive media.
