0,07 . The known mass for obtaining the thermal insulation coating of pipelines, including clay expanded clay, bituminous bitumen, salt oil and graphite Cl1 powder. The thermal insulation coating obtained from this mass has a high density, and a high coefficient of thermal conductivity. In addition, the drift of salt oil reduces the strength of the heat insulating layer. The heat insulation composition is known, which also includes triethanolamine glue, which although increases the heat insulation strength, but also has a high density and a high heat conductivity coefficient 23. The use of these compositions for insulating heating mains leads to a thickness of the heat insulation layer larger than pipeline The closest to the invention according to technical essence and the achieved result is a heat-insulating mixture, including granulated PEAT, paraffin, petroleum bitumen, oleic acid, ammonia water, fluorofluoride a mono 3. The disadvantages of the known mixture are low mechanical strength HodTb and high water absorption, complex composition. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength and hydrophobicity of the material. This goal is achieved by the fact that the heat insulating mass, including granulated peat, bat and silicofluoride compound, additionally contains bakelite lacquer and perlite or vermiculite, and sodium silicofluoride compound in the following ratio: components wt.%: Granulated peat 49.5-64.5 Bitumen23-31 Silicone fluoride HaTpifii2-2.5 Bakelite varnish 6-11 Perlite or vermiculite4, 5-6 To obtain the proposed thermal insulation mass of the granule peat . Located on a vibrator screen, sprayed with bakelite lacquer. An excess of bakelite lacquer flows into the tray and is fed again; on spraying. The granules coated with bakelite lacquer are dried for 0.5-0.7 h with EO-IO C until complete drying. Purified perlite, sodium silicofluoride, peat granules treated with bakelite lacquer, molten bitumen are sequentially loaded into the forced-action mixer, melted bitumen and stirred for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The heat insulating mass obtained in this way is laid in fories coated with an anti-adhesive substance, for example, a solid, and formed by pressing or rolling into the product. The heat insulating mass can also be applied as a monolithic layer with pipelines using existing devices; in addition to perlite, foam sand, ground clay and other similar materials can be used as fine aggregate. The composition of the known heat insulating mass, wt.%, Is given below: Granulated peat87.4 Paraffin3.0 Petroleum bitumen 7.0 Oleic acid 0.4 Ampered salt 0.07. Ammonium silicofluoride2,13 The composition of the proposed thermal insulation mass is following, wt%: Granular 49.5 58.0 64.5 Bakelite 11.0 8.0 6.0 lacquer 31.0 27.0 23.0 Bitumen 6.0 5 , 4,5 4,5 Perlite Kremneftoris 2, 5 2,0 2,0 th sodium granulated 56,0 61,0 64,5 peat Bakelite 7,5 7,0 6,0 varnish 28,5 25,0 23,0 Bitumen 6 , 0 5.0 4.5 Kremneftoris2 vermiculite, 0 2.0 2.0 sodium The physicomechanical characteristics of materials obtained on the basis of the known and proposed mass insulation materials are given in the table.

Образование твердого покрыти из бакелитового лака достигаетс путем воздействи гуминовых кислот, содержа1дихс в торфогранулах, и температуры расплавленного битума (1бО-180С ).Thus, the additional introduction of bakelite lacquer into the composition of the mixture contributes to the formation of a durable hydrophobic heat insulating material. Bakelite lacquer, which has better adhesive properties than bitumen, forms a hydrophobic film on peat granules. The formation of a solid coating of bakelite lacquer is achieved by the action of humic acids, containing 1x in peat granules, and the temperature of the molten bitumen (1 ° C-180 ° C).
