The invention relates to heat transfer and mass transfer apparatus with a movable nozzle; it can be used in the petrochemical, chemical and gas industries, as well as in refrigeration equipment for evaporative cooling of water in a gas cooler. Known nozzle for fluidized three-phase layer apparatus, designed to carry out the absorption process under heavy loads and improve the efficiency of removal of products per unit volume of the apparatus. For this, through holes are made in the ball. The most common size of moving nozzle used in industry is 30-80 mm. The diameter of the through channels must be an order of magnitude less than 1. However, channels of such a diameter are quickly clogged with deposits and the nozzle inevitably changes its effective density. The design mode of the apparatus is disrupted. The arrangement in such a way through the holes indicates that the element is glued together from the two halves, since it is very difficult to manufacture the entire nozzle in the mold. Known nozzle for heat and mass transfer apparatus includes a ball-like element, on the surfaces of which risks are formed, forming a surface, on the surfaces of which corrugations 2 are perpendicular to the risks. An element of this form is difficult to manufacture, its surface is not much larger than smooth ball. During operation, abrasion of the surface of the element occurs, which leads to smoothing of the scratches and corrugations on the surface. A known element of a movable nozzle, spherical or close to spherical shape with indents on the surface, which, when the number is greater than one, can communicate with each other using specially designed channels. A nozzle of this type has a developed geometrical surface, easy to manufacture. 3. The disadvantages of the known nozzle are low fluid retention and high effective density, which leads to increased pressure loss. In addition, during long operation of the movable nozzle, a layer of scale forms on its surface, which evens out all the roughness and leads to an increase in the mass of the element, which leads to a decrease in the contact surface and an increase in the resistance of the layer, i.e. Increased energy consumption, while reducing efficiency. The purpose of the invention is to increase the fluid delay and the contact surface of the phases, reduce energy consumption, ensure uniform sailing of the element. The goal is achieved by the fact that the element of the movable nozzle consists of a ball with recesses on the surface, each of which is made in the form of two parts of spherical layers intersecting at right angles, the axes of which pass through the center, and are provided with membranes installed across it diametrical planes. The intersecting parts of the spherical layers have a height not greater than the radius of the element. FIG. 1 shows the element of the movable nozzle; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in Fig. - 3 - the same, side view; in fig. 4 - nozzle in axonometry. The element consists of a ball 1 with recesses 2, across which there are membranes 3 intersecting in diametrical planes, the intersecting surfaces of parts of the spherical layers have roundings 4. The elements of the movable nozzle are used in various devices for direct contact of gases and liquids, for example, in devices for evaporative cooling of water with atmospheric air in cooling towers. The nozzle works as follows. The nozzle is placed on a distribution grid with a free section of about 90%. Under the grate there is an air distribution chamber, where the air is supplied by a fan, most often of a centrifugal type. Under the action of the air flow head, the elements come to a mobile state, mixing and moving in space. When water is supplied from above (heated in a technological process, a condenser of a refrigerating machine, etc.), the mobile nozzle, turbulizing the flow of water and air, contributes to the creation of a developed contact surface. The shape of the element contributes to the retention of the liquid, therefore the leakage of water and air without contact is eliminated: the development of the geometric surface of the element serves to develop the contact surface of the phases. Due to the evaporation of water, its temperature decreases. The lower weight of the proposed nozzle elements (compared to the known) creates less resistance to air flow, which allows using low-pressure fans of not only centrifugal but also axial types in cooling towers with the proposed nozzle. The proposed elements of the movable nozzle, when used in cooling towers of the HPN type, will help reduce the consumption of raw materials, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., by 30-50%. The presence of roundings on the inner surface of the element facilitates the manufacture of the mold and the elements themselves. The efficiency of the apparatus, which depends, in particular, on the mobility of the elements, increases. The proposed elements are lighter than known and therefore have greater mobility, windage. When using new elements, there is less gas consumption, therefore, less aerodynamic resistance efficiency is greater at a constant gas consumption).
