Выполнение профил концов рычагов по эвольвенте окружности и размещение их на соответствующих подвижных гшатформах позвол ет обеспечить посто нную величину изгибающего момента и повысить точность испытани .f The invention applies to testing equipment, namely to devices for testing materials for pure bending. According to the main author. St. A test device for pure bending is known in K 280972. It contains levers with clamps for fastening a specimen, at the ends of which are placed rollers mounted with the possibility of interaction with parallel supports of movable traverse of the testing machine With t The disadvantage of the device is the low test accuracy due to the magnitude of the bending moment, since when the deflection of the test sample changes, there is a change in the shoulder force acting on the sample. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of testing to ensure a constant value of the bending moment. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for testing materials for pure bending is equipped with plates with the number of levers mounted on one of the parallel supports with rollers and the ends of the corresponding levers which have an evolve circumference profile. I FIG. I shows the circuit diagram of the device; in fig. 2 is a diagram of the forces acting on the lever during testing. The device contains levers I and 2, on one ends of which rollers 3 and 4 are installed, while the other ends have an evolvent profile of a circle and are placed on the respective platforms 5 and 6. The latter are installed on the corresponding rollers 7 and 8. There are clamps on levers I and 2 9,082 and 1C for fastening the ends of the test specimen. The rollers 3 and 4 interact with the guide 11 mounted on the upper cross bar 12 of the testing machine (not shown), and the rollers 7 and 8 from the guide 13, parallel to the parallel guide 11 and mounted on the lower cross bar 14 of the testing machine. The device works as follows. Sample 15 is fixed in clips 9 and 10. As the traverse 12 and 14 of the testing machine approach, the levers 1 and 2, resting against the rollers 3 and 4, into the guide 11, and through the rollers 7 and 8 — into the guide 13, turn and bend Sample 15. At this reaction, guide 11 is directed along the normal to each of the rollers 3 and 4, i.e. always running through the centers of the rollers, and the reactions of the platforms 5 and 6 are directed along the normal to the ends of the levers 1 and 2, each of which has an involute profile of a circle of radius R. Since all the normals to the evolvent are tangent to a circle of radius R, at any turn of each of the levers I and 2, the shoulder remains constant. In this case, the magnitude of the flexural moment for any pro-flexible sample 15 will be constant and equal to half the product of the testing machine's force by a constant value of the arm forces acting on the levers I and 2. Performing the profile of the ends of the levers along the involute of the circle and placing them on the corresponding mobile forms It provides a constant value of the bending moment and improves the accuracy of the test.
