со оwith about

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to means that allow the bacteria to survive viability for a long time, and can be used in bacteriological studies.

CI .A bacterial viability agent is known that contains poly-methylpyrrolidone CI.

However, this tool is not effective enough.

The use of hemodezis is known to detoxify the body in toxic forms of acute gastrointestinal diseases.

2 .Hemodez is a water-salt solution of polyvinylproldon composition, g / l: polyvinylpyrrolicone 60; sodium chloride 5.5; potassium chloride 0.42; calcium chloride 0.5; magnesium chloride 0.005 sodium bicarbonate 0.23 and water for injection the rest 2.

The purpose of the invention is to expand the range of means for maintaining the viability of bacterial microflora in human feces samples.

The goal is achieved by using hemodez as such a means. The number of samples, of which the storage medium for storage samples, h

1.Example 1. The seeding rate of dysenteric bacteria (Shigella Sonne) from 20 human stool specimens stored in hemodezis was studied. The results are shown in table 1.

2.The results of observations for 30 days are presented in table 2.

Thus, hemodez without dilution and at a dilution of 1: 100 is highly effective as a means to preserve the viability of bacterial microflora in human feces samples.

3 и 4.Example 2. At about 20 samples of human feces, comparative tests of hemodezis, its 5. active principle (polyvinylpyrrolidone) and a known agent (the active principle of poly-methylpyrrolidone) were carried out. The results are shown in Table. 3 and 4.

Таким образом, гемодез  вл етс  0более эффективным средством дл  сохранени  жизнеспособности бактериальной микрофлоры в пробах кала человека , чем вход щее в его состав активное начало - поливинилцирролидон, в 25 том числе и нейтрализованный до рН 7,0, а также более эффективны -, чем известное средство аналогичного назначени  на основе пoли-N-мeтилпирролидона .Thus, haemodesis is more effective for preserving the viability of bacterial microflora in human feces samples than the active principle in it - polyvinylcyrrolidone, 25 including neutralized to a pH of 7.0, as well as more effective than the known similar purpose agent based on poly-N-methyl pyrrolidone.
