The invention relates to the dosing of abrasive materials and can be used in the chemical metallurgical and other industries. A dispenser with an impeller-mounted booster, a regulating device in the form of two telescopic cups, installed with an adjustable clearance in the throat and not a bunker above the impeller, a flow sensor in the form of a impeller and a rev counter of the impeller Cl II are known to the dispenser. The bulk material dispenser is also known, which contains a bunker installed in the bunker with a drive impeller in the form of an actuator, means for controlling the flow in the form of two telescopic glasses mounted in the hopper neck over the impeller, and an internal telescopic cup connected to the impeller and to the drive shaft and the installation of the flax in the outer telescopic stack not with the possibility of rotating C2 J. The disadvantages of the known devices are the short duration and low dosage accuracy Ani abrasive materials. The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability and accuracy of dosing of abrasive materials. This goal is achieved in that the device containing the hopper,. mounted in the bunker, the flow booster in the form of an impeller with a drive, means for controlling the flow in the form of two telescopic glasses mounted in the neck of the bunker above the impeller, and the flow sensor in the form of an impeller is equipped with a cone-shaped divider fixed to the impeller disk and the bottom inner part The internal telescopic cup is made in the form of a running cone with a taper angle smaller than the taper angle of the dissector made with a thread with the number of entries equal to the number of impeller blades and the angle ohm taper, smaller angle of repose dosing material. FIG. 1 shows a device, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The bulk materials dispenser contains a hopper 1, mounted in the hopper 1, a flow booster in the form of an impeller 2 with a drive 3, means for controlling the flow in the form of external and internal telescopic cups 4 and 5, respectively, mounted in the mouth of the hopper 1 above the impeller 2, The flow sensor in the form of a flap 6 and a cone-shaped divider 7, attached to the impeller disk 2. The inner part of the cup 5 is made in the form of a flow of the cone 8 with a taper angle smaller than the taper angle of the dissector 7, made with thread 9 h scrap taps, equal to the number of the impeller blades 2, .i taper angle smaller than the angle of repose ecTect venous dosing material. The dispenser is also equipped with a funnel 10, a locking screw 11, a device 12 for creating a constant braking torque and a sensor 13. The dispenser operates as follows. The raw material through the funnel 10 enters the inner telescopic cup 5. The flow of material from | the cup 5 along the annular conical gap created between the dissector 7 with the conical threaded surface 9 and the expanding conical part 8 of the cup 5, falls on the impeller blades 2. The size of the gap is controlled by the axial movement of the cup .5 and fixed with a screw 11, as a result sliding of the particles of the material when moving along the inclined surfaces of the conical gap and using the dissector 7 s. a threaded surface 9, in order to induce the consumption of the dosing material, prevents the formation of arches and sticking of the material to the walls of the dispenser. The impeller blades 2 give the material flow tangential velocity and move it to the impeller b. Its speed at constant braking torque created by device 12 is a function of the flow rate of the material being metered. The rotation speed of the impeller b is transformed by the sensor 13 into the frequency of the electrical impulses and is fed to the actuating device to control the frequency of rotation of the electric motor 3 or to control the flow rate of the measured material. The design of a conical adjustable gap, between the lower part 8 of the stangeal 5 and the threaded surface 9 of the splitter 7, allows axial displacement of the cup 5 to set a predetermined dispenser capacity and create conditions for a stable outflow of the material flowing to the impeller 2. Supply of the splitter 7 with a thread 9 isklk ) means the caricature of the abrasive material into the body of the blades and at the same time improves the uniformity of the outflow of material in the zone of operation of the impeller blades 2. When this dramatically reduces wear on the shovels ok, the durability of the dosing unit and the accuracy of dosing are increased. The application of the invention allows the dosing of abrasive materials, as well as carborundum, corundum, borides,
Silica et al. with high accuracy. Experiments to determine the dosing error on corundum with an average particle size of 450 µm showed the possibility of reducing the dosing error by a factor of 2-3. .. Tests on wear of impeller blades showed that, under equal conditions of testing, the non-uniformity of wear of the blades in the proposed device is four times less, and the total wear value of the four blades is 20% less than that of the known.
