Description
The invention relates to textile npoNJbnuneHHOCTH, in particular to methods for liquid processing of textile materials in packages. A known method for liquid processing of packages of textile material consists in placing packages in a container and cyclic circulation of the processing liquid through packages under pressure in a pressure system G1 J. However, the known method does not allow to achieve uniform processing on the layers of the package and the height of the column in due to the different filtration conditions of the processing liquid in the inner and outer zones of the package, which leads to an exponential decrease in the package’s radius of the volume delivered per unit mass of emogo Matter and does not allow to simplify processing. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of processing by creating conditions for the uniform distribution of chemical reagents of the processing, liquid over the cross section of the packages and simplifying the processing technology. This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of liquid processing of packages of textile materials, consisting in placing the package in a container and cyclic circulation of the processing liquid through the packages under pressure in the pressure system, cyclic circulation is carried out with periodic interruption of circulation at zero pressure in the pressure system, while the time of interruption of circulation is 1-10 times less than the time of circulation between the intervals. In this case, the cyclic circulation of the processing liquid is carried out under varying pressure to (0.2-6.0) -9.81-10 Pa. The total circulation and interruption time is 1-5 min. The drawing shows a general scheme for implementing the method. . A device for liquid processing of textile material packages contains a container 1 with a carrier 2 of textile material packages 3 placed in it, a working fluid circulation system 4 formed by a carrier 2, a pipeline 5, a heat exchanger 6, and a circulation pump 7 associated with fluid supply system 8, a system for generating hydraulic pressure in the device, consisting of a make-up pump 9, an expansion tank 10, a cooler 11 and a well 12, a pipeline system 13 with a valve to create a vacuum in the tank 1. Method They are implemented in the following way. The material to be processed (rover, tape, fiber) is placed on carrier 2 in tank 1, then the latter is filled with working fluid and the hydraulic pressure is created in the apparatus due to the operation of the make-up pump 9. The working solution is circulated through the packages by cycling the pressure drop from O to (O, 2-6.0 9, Yu Pa and with periodic interruption of circulation at zero pressure in the pressure system. At the same time, the interruption time at a zero-left differential pressure to the circulation time between interruptions at The pressure is within the range of 1: 1 - 1:10, and the total cycle duration is 1-5 minutes. With a cyclic change in the pressure drop in the circulation system from zero to high pressure drop, the pore size in the package of the fibrous material changes, through which filtering the working fluid. When the circulation is interrupted, when the movement of the working fluid stops, at a zero pressure drop inside the packages, a more even distribution of chemical reagents over the section of the material being processed ( stitches, tapes, fibers) forming a package. The table shows the comparative physicomechanical characteristics of the yarn when developing a batting roving. The proposed method for liquid processing of packages of textile materials allows increasing the uniformity of processing both in package layers and in height of the processed package column, the coefficient of whiteness variation decreases, improves processing uniformity, which reduces breakage and shortens the processing time of the material in packages. In this case, the possibility of treating textile materials with no less strong cartridges and coils due to the use of one-sided pulsating circulation in the direction from the center to the periphery appears.
