Description
The invention relates to a knitwear industry, namely, to the structure of a knitted net-bale which can be used for the manufacture of articles for technical purposes. Known for the basics of knitted fabric with a pile effect on sirloin soil, obtained with 1 | power of three combs, two of which perform the soil with a combined fillet weave. The naping of the yarn is fixed in the loops of the soil 1.. However, the looped columns located between the fillet holes have one, two, and three layers of the loop, and in one looped row, loops formed of one and two, two, and three threads are combined. This leads to an increased knit fabric capacity and uneven thickness along the line of the looped line Knitwear is also known, which is the basics of a mesh set with a diamond-shaped cell, the elements of which consist of single and double loops. The soil of this knitwear is formed by the threads of one comb with a combined sirloin weave. An additional thread bent into the soil through the row forms plated loops of the soil, which increases the dimensional stability, strength and non-permissibility of knitwear. The thickened cores of double loops form the contact surface 2J. However, this knitwear has insufficient bulkiness. The aim of the invention is to improve the performance properties of the net-billet by increasing its volume in the field of communications without significantly increasing the consumption of materials. The delivered chain is achieved by the fact that the net-weaving containing soil, made by the combined sirloin weave, in which additional loops are inserted into single loops, has on one of the sides made of additional filament and arranged through a series of yarn brooks. tuft stretches are fixed with lining sketches, and in odd stitched rows, each additional thread is laid twice under the stitch of the soil loop. FIG. Figure 1 shows the graphic and analytical recordings of the stack layings with combs and the sequence of needle pressing and non-pressing (the + sign denotes extrusion, the sign - - non-pressing h in Fig. 2, dismounting of dies; Fig. 3 is a diagram of the structure of the proposed basic grid; 2; Fig. 4 - the structure element is set-free in a free state. The knitwear contains soil, which is made out of a combined purple interlacing, which forms diamond-shaped cells A, whose elements — ties and sides — are formed by single loops 1 and 2. On one side not knitted knit stitches 3, which are fixed in the ground with the formation of fouter sketches 4 and 5. Pile brooks 3 on the ground are arranged in a row, fixed with lining sketches 4 and 5 in each row, with each additional thread in each an odd row of blades passes twice under one loop of the soil loop 1. Knitwear of this structure can be obtained on a warp of a spit-type grinding machine with a shut-off press equipped with a chain combs shear mechanism. The tricotcoat contains soil, which is diamond-shaped cells A, formed from ground threads G, the first comb combined chain loin chain - cloth, the elements of which are composed of single loops 1 and 2. All threads G, (Fig. 2) are pierced into the carcasses through one The filaments G ;, the second comb, from which the pile broaches 3 and the liner sketches 4 and 5 are formed, are drilled into the tabs also through one and laid according to the rapport (Fig. 1. The pile broaches 3 are located on the ground through a row, fixed in each row of soil with lining sketches 4 and 5, with each additional thread r, -j in each odd row of the web going twice under the hinge loop 1 of the rail (Fig. 3). The ground threads of the PG are tucked into the front comb located closer to the backs of the needles, thread G, - to the back comb. In the first cycle, the needles, on which loops of soil are formed, are laid on the threads G, the second comb (Fig. 1), the needles are not pressed, as a result the laid threads are diverted to the old loops. In the second cycle, the working needles are laid on the threads rj of the first comb. The needles in this cycle are pressed, the old loops, together with the feeds laid in the first cycle, are dropped on new loops, which fall under the loops of the loops 1 and 2 of the soil, are in the form lining sketches 4 and 5. Pile broach 3 obr zuyuts by
В результате упругости моментов изгиба, возникающих при формировании ворсовых прот жек, они стрем тс развернутьс в плоскость, пер пендикул рную плоскости сетепо- , лотна.laying according to the rapport of laying yarns on needles free from hinges (Fig. 1), provided that the needles are pressed in this cycle. As a result, open needles are formed on these needles, which are dropped from the needles in the next pressing cycle and converted into pile broaches 3. They are located on the reverse side of the web. As a result of the elasticity of the bending moments that occur during the formation of the pile protrusions, they tend to turn into a plane perpendicular to the plane of the net- and lotus.
