A drilling tool is known, comprising a housing, moving and stationary cutters and elastic elements, the moving cutters of one blade being installed on the same radius with the fixed cutters of the other blade 1. The disadvantages of this tool are the complexity of manufacturing and the presence of fixed cutters, which reduces its efficiency. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a drilling tool, comprising a housing and blades reinforced with incisors, the shanks of which are installed so that their back face interacts with inserts fixed in the slot of the blade 2. A disadvantage of the known tool is the considerable power consumption of the destruction process. breeds. This is due to the fact that the incisors having rigid liners are turned when the rock inclusions meet around the axis of the joint as a whole. At the same time, due to an increase in the cutting force, the back angle of the tool is inevitably increased, which, with a constant axial force acting on the tool, leads to an increase in its penetration into the rock and to a further increase in the cutting force. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the energy intensity of the drilling process. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a drilling tool comprising a body and blades reinforced with incisors, the shanks of which are installed so that their rear face interacts with the inserts fixed in the slot of the blade, the inserts are wedge-shaped, and the shanks of the incisors are elastic. At the same time, in order to transfer to the cutters a smoothly increasing load, the wedge-shaped part of the inserts has a convex shape. In addition, in order to transfer jump-like load to the incisors, the wedge-shaped part of the inserts has a concave shape. FIG. 1 shows the blade and part of the tool shank, axonometric projection; in fig. 2 - interchangeable insert; in fig. 3 — a protrusion in the housing that prevents inserts from falling out; in fig. 4 - drilling tool in working position. The drilling tool consists of a body 1, a shank 2 and blades 3 having inside shaped grooves 4 in which identical cutters 5 are placed, the shanks 6 of which are made elastic. -At the top ends of the shanks, there are thickenings 7, 8 grooves 4 entering the upper circular part. In the rear part 9 of the grooves 4 there are wedge-shaped inserts 10 on which the back surfaces of the shanks 6 of the incisors 5 are supported. 3). The incisors 5 are reinforced with carbide inserts 12, provided with welded visors 13, which prevent the ingress from getting into the bit, and are fixed in the blade with a pin 14 (shown in Fig. 1 outside the blade). The wedge-shaped inserts (Fig. 2), with the same and total height, have different heights and shape of the working surface AND on which the shanks of the 6 cutters 5 rest. The proposed tool works as follows. During the drilling of isotropic rocks, the deformation of elastic tails 6 cutters 5, determined by the value of axial force, torque and rock strength, will be constant. When any of the incisors, for example, incisor I (FIG. 4), comes to a strong start, the force on its cutting edge increases and the deformation of the shank 6 increases. Neighboring incisors, overtaking it in the direction of cutting V, create a leading edge. Thus, a strong engagement is destroyed by a greater force than the adjacent downhole areas. If one of the incisors comes to the inclusion of less strong than the surrounding areas of the rock, then the force of the elastic deformation of the shank 6 propels it forward, which causes it to advance in comparison with the adjacent incisors. The amount of advance and the force of elastic deformation of the tool shank can be changed using inserts 10 of various shapes (Fig. 2). At constant torque, an increase in the distance L and a decrease in the length of the wedge part of the insert 10 leads to a reduction in the deformation of the tool shank, which reduces the lag of the tool 5, under other conditions. By changing the shape of the support surface of the insert, it is possible to change the nature of the deformation of the shank and, consequently, the pattern of force acting on the cutter. For example, when using an insert with a convex wedge part (Fig. 26), the deformation of the shank increases gradually, and when using an insert with a concave working surface (Fig. 2c), it jumps. By changing the geometry of the cutting part in the process of drilling, the proposed design will reduce the energy intensity of the cutting process.
