тpoдaмiI увеличив. The invention relates to the technique of electrochemical purification of industrial wastewater using anomalous dissolution of a metal, such as aluminum or iron, and directly relates to the improvement of an electrocooler with dissolving electrodes. in it, on the electrode holder, soluble plate electrodes 1. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result This is an electrocoagulant for wastewater treatment, comprising a housing with and with plate metal electrodes 2 located at the holder at an angle to each other. The electrodes in this electrocoagulator are set in such a way that the minimum and maximum distances between their free ends and on the holders alternate vertically in a checkerboard pattern. In this case, an inhomogeneous electric condition is created between the electrodes, as a result of which the process of coagulation of suspended and colloidal impurities is significantly intensified, and the processing of one true volume of water takes place with lower electrical power costs than with a uniform electric field. At the same time, a non-uniform electric field creates a vector of force acting on impurities and other particles in the gap between the electrodes, in the direction from a narrower gap to a less narrowed one. By arranging a pair of electrodes in such a way that a narrower gap between them is located at the holder, the rate of entry of particles from the interelectrode gap increases and the cleaning process is intensified. When the pair of electrodes is arranged in such a way that the more narrowed eeor is placed between their free ends, the escape of particles from the interelectrode space into the upper part of the electrocooler is difficult. This leads to the accumulation of impurities in the electrode cavity, deterioration of the solubility of the electrons and, as a result, to a decrease in the productivity and quality of cleaning. In addition, the operational reliability of such an electrocoagulator is low, since an excessive amount of coagulated impurities and metal dissolution products (hydroxide) in the interelectrode space with a small gap between the electrodes causes a short circuit. Dov. and removes electrocoagulator from the line. . . The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and cleaning efficiency. ... The goal is achieved by the fact that the holder is made in a curvilinear shape along an arc of a circle, the holder's radius of curvature is 2-5 times the internal diameter of the device, and the electrodes are installed: normal to the surface of the holder. 1 shows schematically the proposed electrocoagulant in FIG. 2 is a remote image of the holder with electrodes. The electrocoagulator soy {{ezhit hollow body 1), in the lower base of which, on the holder 2, are placed plate-shaped metal (aluminum or iron) electrodes 3, and in the upper base there is a foam remover 4, nozzles 5 and b for supplying the pipe to be cleaned. and discharging the treated water, as well as the pipe 7. To dispense the foam. The holder 2 is made curved along an arc of a circle, and the electrodes on it are installed along the normal to its outer surface in such a way that the distance di between the electrodes of the holder is less than (fg between their freedom The distances between the electrodes, as well as the curvature radius R, of the holder are selected on the basis of the structural dimensions of the body — the coagulum — and the concentration, of impurities in the water being purified. With an increase in the concentration of admixtures, the holder curvature radius and the distance When an electric current is applied to the electrodes 3 and the purified liquid passes through these electrodes, anodic dissolution occurs with the formation of metal hydroxide, which, reacting with impurities, coagulates them. Subsequently, these coagulants are floated with gas bubbles in the upper part of the body. Placing the electrodes at an angle to each other creates a net force of the electric field between them, directed towards the movement of water in the housing and facilitating the removal of coagulants with impurities from the interelectrode gap to the upper part of the housing. The water thus treated is discharged through the pipe b to a sump (not shown), and the foam is discharged through a foam remover 4 through the pipe 7 to the outside. For comparison, an electrocoagulant with the same design parameters, the electrode holder of which is made rectangular, was used.
