Description
у. The invention relates to rubber compounds containing a modifying additive, and can be used in the tire and rubber industry. One of the most effective ways to improve the properties of rubber is the chemical modification of elastomers with small additions of compounds containing active functional groups. Their use makes it possible to synthesize rubber with desired properties without significant changes in the production technology of rubber products and without expanding the range of rubbers produced. Rubber mixtures based on unsaturated rubbers are known, including commonly used additives and, as modifiers, white carbon black resotropin, nitroso compounds, which improve technological properties of mixtures and durability of bonds in rubber-cord systems. However, these modifiers have practically no effect on the fatigue properties of rubber. Closest to the present invention is a vulcanizable rubber mixture based on an unsaturated rubber, containing a vulcanizing group w 2 - cn - cis - HzC - HC - C o Molecular mass of 800-950 with the following ratio of components, m.ch .: Rubber1 Vulcanizing group 4.9-20.0 Filler 25.0-75.0 Epoxy resin l, Qv2.0 Example. Ingredient mixtures are prepared, each with a composition, May. Unsaturated rubber SKMS-30 ARKM-13 100.0 Vulcanizing group sulfur 2.0 altax2.5 zinc oxide 5.0 stearic acid. 1.5 The filler is carbon black PM-75 60.0 and differing from each other in the content of EPP-2 epoxy resin, which is equal in each mixture in series, per 100 parts by weight. rubber 0,5; 1.0; 2.0 filler and UE / 612 C epoxy. 2. The resin is known for its effectiveness of a modifying effect in rubber mixtures on general purpose rubber, manifested in a significant improvement in fatigue endurance and wear resistance, superior to other classes of epoxy resins. However, this resin is a viscous liquid, which creates technological difficulties in its dosing with cutting equipment. In addition, despite a significant increase in dynamic endurance and wear resistance of vulcanizates, the UP-612 resin slightly improves the strength of st. zi in rubber-cord systems. The purpose of the invention is to increase the dynamic endurance of rubber during repeated deformations and the strength of the bond between rubber and cord. The goal is to achieve a rubber mixture based on unsaturated rubber, containing a vulcanizing group, a filler and an epoxy resin, as which it contains EPP-2 epoxy resin, obtained on the basis of 1,4 bis (I, dioxybenzhydryl) | -benzene of the general formula o-CHj-CH-cng CHj-CH-CH, 2.5, respectively. - Dosage modifier 0 / 5-2.5 wt.h. is selected on the basis of conventional notions of the effect of products of similar purpose in elastomeric compositions. The introduction of dosages less than 0.5 mach. ineffective, and an increase in dosage in excess of 2.5 mph. without an improvement in the required performance, it would lead to the inexpedient shortening of the rubber mixture. The mixtures are prepared on laboratory rolls at 70-80 ° C for 30 minutes and vulcanized in an electric tool for 25 minutes. The table shows the physicomechanical properties of the obtained vulcanizates. On the basis of the data given in the table, it can be concluded that the identifying effect of the EPP-2 resin is the optimum dosage of 1 wt. in comparison with the prototype above, as well: conditional strength of the proposed rubber at NU 8% higher.

The effectiveness of EPP-2 epoxy resin in a rubber mixture is due to its interaction with rubber, as well as with functional adhesive.

The removal of the EPP-2 epoxy resin in the recipe of the production frame mixture allows to improve the quality of rubber, to reduce the scrap rate due to the separation of the skeleton during vulcanization and during operation.
