Данные по физико-механическим свойствам пенопластов, полученных на основе различных композиций, приведены в таблице.kj el The invention relates to the production of heat insulating materials based on phenopoformaldehyde oligomers and can be used for thermal insulation of pipelines and as a filler of loose enclosing structures. The known composition for the preparation of a foam, consisting of a phenol-formaldehyde oligomer of the resole type and a foaming-curing agent. The disadvantage of the known composition is the low strength characteristics, significant water absorption and shrinkage of the foam obtained. The closest to the technical essence is a composition for obtaining a phenol-formaldehyde foam layer comprising a resol-type phenol-formaldehyde oligomer, a foaming curing agent and. mixture of hydrocarbons. As a mixture of hydrocarbons, an areneformaldehyde condensate consisting of tolylnaphthylmethane, dinaphthylmethane and oligomeric products 2 is used. A disadvantage of the composition is the low compressive strength of the final product. The purpose of the invention is to increase the compressive strength of the foam. The goal is achieved by the fact that the composition for producing phenol-formaldehyde foam, including a phenol-formaldehyde oligomer of the resole type, a foaming curing agent and a mixture of hydrocarbons, as a mixture of hydrocarbons, contains a mixture of the following composition, in% by weight: Methane hydrocarbons 40-50 Naphthenic hydrocarbons 20-40 Aromatic hydrocarbons OOH, 20 to 40%. in the following ratio of components, May.%: Phenol-formaldehyde oligomer69-79 Foaming-curing agent18-24 Mixture of hydrocarbons 3-7 Introduction to com ozitsiyu .ih g, lighter fractions methane hydrocarbons (oil field area Fedorovsk allows to increase the number of reaction gas and to reduce foam density. The cyclic structure aromatiGaskih hydrocarbons and their property to form a polycondensation product, identical with the structure fenoloformal degidnyh oligomers in step resite, improves strength and hydrophobic properties of the foam The process for producing the foam is as follows. The phenol-formaldehyde oligomer, heated to 50-60 ° C, is mixed with a mixture of hydrocarbons to obtain a homogeneous mixture (5-8 min) ,. A foaming curing agent is introduced into the mixture, stirred again for 1-2 minutes, and the resulting composition is poured into a mold heated to 30-50 seconds. Foaming and confirmation of foam plastic finish after 2-6 minutes. All experimental work was carried out with the polymer FRV-1A. As a foaming curing agent using the product VAG-3. As a mixture of methane, naphthenic and aromatic hydrocarbons. The oil of the Fedorovskoye field from the B8 formation was used. The data on the physicomechanical properties of the foams obtained on the basis of various compositions are given in the table.
