т а б л и ц а liSP The invention relates to the receiving-. liquid complex suspended fertilizers containing stabilizing additives. Suspended complex is known: some fertilizers,: obtained by introducing into solutions stabilizing additives, for example colloidal clays: attapulgite of bentonite or silicic acid. The introduction of stabilized additive additives prevents the supersaturated solution from falling out of the solid phase and thus contributes to increasing the amount of nutrients in oil up to 50% and more. Cl increases the cost of the product. In addition, clay is a useless component in an HCU solution. The closest to the technical essence and the achieved result is a method for producing suspended complex fertilizers by introducing the last suspending additives containing calcium compounds, namely CaCO, CaSO -, into supersaturated solutions. 2H20, and CaO., The introduction of these compounds allows to obtain a stable suspension, pos. - good physical and chemical properties of C2. However, up to the present, mineral fertilizers that do not contain sulfur, which is necessary for plant nutrition, are used; therefore, it is introduced by creating sulfur shells on mineral fertilizers, which requires additional costs for the production of fertilizers. The purpose of the invention is to increase the amount of nutrients while maintaining the stability of the suspension. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of obtaining suspended complex fertilizers by introducing the last suspending agents into supersaturated solutions, the latter use thin classes of sulfur flotation tailings. It is advisable to suspend the additives in quantities of € 40-300 g / l. In addition, thin classes of flotation tails of sulfur ores with a degree of dispersion in the range of 0, Ob - (- 0.01) mm are used as suspending additives. In tab. Figure 1 shows the characteristics of the particle size distribution of the thin class of the east flotation of sulfur ores. t a b l and c a li

The ability to use a fine class of flotation tails of sulfur ores as HCS stabilizers is determined with a solution of urea ammonium nitrate. In the initial saturated solution, urea, the total nitrogen content is not 5 more than 30%. To increase the nitrogen content in the solution, ammonium nitrate is added at a constant temperature, and nitrogen crystals begin to emerge from the solution, forming at the bottom my OLI t, which is difficult to break.

As can be seen from the table. 3, when adding a fine class of flotation tails of sulfur ores as a stabilizer, the percentage of total nitrogen increases, and the resulting crystals (the concentration at which crystallization starts at 0 ° C corresponds to 32.0% of nitrogen in terms of nitrogen), and remain in solution. In addition, the q content of the suspended additive c goes up to 30%. Further introduction of the suspended additive is not advisable, since the mixture becomes pasture-shaped and not suitable for introduction into the utility services. Thus, the introduction of a fine class of flotation tails of sulfur ores has a stabilizing effect on the utility services and allows

Then it is cooled with the introduction of various amounts of thin classes of sulfur ore flotation tailings as a stabilizer. In tab. 3 shows the effect of a stabilizer on the rate of precipitation of crystals on the bottom of the vessel and the amount of total nitrogen in the solution.

The use of thin classes of sulfur ore flotation tailings for utilities as a stabilizer for utilities has advantages over the known ones, since thin classes of sulfur ore flotation tails contain sulfur and limestone, i.e. themselves are fertilizer; allows increase the content of the useful component in the mixture / allows the use of waste sulfur production,. which leads to a decrease in the area occupied by them; allows you to save on transportation, as it reduces the amount of transportation of a useless component, such as clay; improved environmental emissions at the sulfuric sub-industry
