The invention relates to methods for the automatic regulation of the technological mode of a distillation column and can be used in the refining, petrochemical, gas processing, gas processing and other industries.
1 .There is a known method of automatically regulating the rectification process by changing the flow rate of the oroshinin to the column, depending on the temperature and the pressure at the product outlet from the column 1.
23 The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is the method of automatic control of the distillation column by changing the irrigation flow rate depending on the temperature and pressure ver of the column, the flow rate of the top product after the condenser-cooler 23
Недостатком известного способа вл етс то, что он приводит к необходимости получать целевой продукт с некоторым запасом по качеству при повышенных затратах энергоресуреов .The disadvantage of this method is that it leads to the need to obtain the target product with a certain margin of quality at increased costs of energy resources.
Цель изобретени - сокращение энергозатрат на процесс и повышение качества продуктов разделени за счет улучшени качества регулировани .The purpose of the invention is to reduce the energy consumption of the process and improve the quality of the separation products by improving the quality of regulation.
метров определ ют путем изменени расхода орошени в зависимости от температуры и давлени верха колонны , расхода верхнего уровн после конденсатора-холодильника, текущее значение молекул рного веса нефтепродукта , в зависимости от которого измен ют расход орошени .This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of adjusting the distillation column, the flow rate of the top product to the condenser-cooler is additionally measured, and the ratio of the measured pairs of meters is determined by changing the reflux flow rate depending on the temperature and pressure of the top of the column, top flow rate after the condenser cooler , the current value of the molecular weight of the petroleum product, depending on which the flow rate of the reflux varies.
It is known that the average molecular weight of an oil product, the magnitude of which makes it possible to judge the quality of an oil product, is determined by the ratio rj, 4-bC27 H)

Using the above ratio and measuring the current values
расходов жидкой и паровой фаз, давлени и температуры, можно получить текущее значение молекул рного веса нефтепродукта и, измен расход орошени в колонну, поддерживать ег на заданном уровне.costs of liquid and vapor phases, pressure and temperature, it is possible to obtain the current value of the molecular weight of the oil product and, by changing the irrigation flow rate in the column, to maintain it at a given level.
The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the implementation of the proposed method.
The circuit contains a vapor flow sensor 1 sent from column 2, condenser-cooler 3, where the vapor stream condenses to form condensate, the flow of which is measured by flow sensor 4 into the reflux tank 5, the part of the liquid stream leaving the reflux tank 5 entering the irrigation column 2, the flow sensor 5 is measured, the line 7 for removing the balance excess from the tank 5. In the multiplier 8, the current value of the ratio of the flow rates of the liquid and vapor flows, the information about which is sent, is determined a multiplier 9, which simultaneously postpaet information about the current value of the quantity ratio of temperature and pressure at the column top, and defined by means of the multiplier 10, the temperature sensor 11 and the sensor 12 Dalen. The output signal of the multiplier 9, proportional to the average molecular weight of the petroleum product flow, is supplied as a reference to the regulator 13, to the second chamber of which the reference is given on the average molecular weight of the petroleum product. The output of the regulator 13 enters the reference chamber of the regulator 14, into the second chamber of which the output signal of the irrigation flow sensor 6 is fed. The output signal developed by the regulator 14 is fed to the actuator 15 mounted on the irrigation supply line to the column.
15At steady state, the quality of the upper flow is maintained at a constant rate of irrigation by means of a regulator 13 of average molecular weight, a regulator 14 of consumption and an actuator 15
8-10.Setting the controller 14 works out the controller 13, depending on the target and current molecular weight of the top product, depending on the flow rates of the liquid and vapor streams measured by flow sensors 4 and 1, temperature sensors 11 and pressure 12 using factors 8-10. .
When the current value of the vapor flow rate (either liquid or temperature, or pressure) changes, the output signal of the multiplier 8 (or multiplier 10) changes, which leads to a change in the output signal of multiplier 9 and causes an imbalance in the regulator 13, since the current average value molecular weight will not correspond to a given. In connection with an imbalance in the regulator 13. its output signal is detected, leading to an imbalance in the regulator 14 and a corresponding change in the position of the actuator 15, which will continue
14,until, due to a change in the flow rate, the irrigation will not be restored to balance in regulators 13 and 14,
Предлагаемый способ позвол ет сократить энергозатраты на процесс и повысить качество продуктов разделени за счет улучшени качества регулировани .The proposed method can reduce the energy consumption of the process and improve the quality of the separation products by improving the quality of the regulation.
The economic effect from the implementation of the invention will be 25-50 thousand rubles. in year.
