A known method of rotary drilling with regulation of differential pressure by selective treatment of drilling fluid circulating in the well. This part of the drilling mud is divided into two streams: a high density slurry stream containing a phase with heavy solids, and a low flow effluent stream containing a phase with light solids. The density of the drilling fluid circulating in the well is reduced by returning the low-density flow to the drilling fluid and directing the high-density flow to storage. In other periods, for example, to prevent well flow in the event of a long stop in the well drilling process, high-density spam is introduced into the drilling fluid, increasing the flow rate of the next one. The drawbacks of the method are the danger of loss of stability of the well walls while reducing the fluid pressure on the pump and danger of spouting a well (outburst therefore it is impossible to create a negative differential resolution, in which the destruction is most effective. Nanbogae close to the invention according to the technical and the achieved result is a method of drilling wells, which includes reducing the differential pressure at the bottom by delivering the hollow ampoules with the flow of drilling fluid to the drilled surface and disintegrating them with a tarsal bit 1f, extinguishing the surface of the resultant vessel. the liquid suddenly occupies a zone previously occupied by brittle bodies. As a result of the implosion, a blown scream occurs, which increases the pressure of the compressed rock, and when pressure reaches roudara of slaughter, Presch 1shayuschego ultimate compressive stress rock is its destruction 2 However, the known method of drilling while drilling is effective only at high rpubinah - not less than 15 km, when the fuss cabin pressure of several hundred megapas 63 kal. At shallower depths of drilling (up to 15 km), the output power of the shock waves becomes insufficient for the destruction of the rock, its destruction occurs only as a result of the bit operation. The most significant disadvantage of the known method is a sharp increase in the differential pressure due to a hydraulic shock and an increase in the effect of shock waves while reflecting them from the guide surfaces in addition, which increases the pressing force of the teeth of the bit separated from the rock mass and reduces, as a result, the destruction effect, . The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of destruction of rocks. The delivered chain is achieved by the fact that according to the method of drilling wells, which includes lowering the differential pressure at the bottom by delivering hollow ampoules with the flow of drilling fluid to the drilled surface and crushing trx with a roller bit pressing the latter to the drilled surface, crushing the hollow ampoules does & on the periphery of the bottom, after the teeth of the bit are submerged in to the depth at which the tear cracks are formed. Delivery and crushing of ampoules only on the periphery of the bottom, where the resistance of rocks to destruction is greatest, and not over the entire surface of the bottom, reduces their consumption. The depth corresponding to the initiation and development of cracks separating the rock particle from the massif is determined experimentally on core material obtained from previously drilled wells. The decrease in differential pressure occurs due to the existence in the well at the bottom of the reduced pressure zone at the moment when the pre-submersible bit in the rock creates conditions for the growth of fracture cracks and then crushes the ampoule. This leads to a decrease in the force required for bits of rock particles, which is promoted by reservoir pressure, and also increases the force of pressing the bit to the bottom hole due to the pressure difference over it and in the area of low pressure. The effectiveness of the method is higher, the larger the diameter of the ampoules and the thixotropic properties of the drilling fluid. This increases the implosion time and, consequently, the time of existence at the bottomhole of a negative di-4 E enfunction pressure. The method is as follows. They use the usual method of rotary drilling with flushing and hollow ampoules of brittle and inexpensive material: glass, ceramics, cast iron, etc., inside which there can only be air at atmospheric pressure. The vials are introduced into a stream of drilling fluid, which delivers them through a special nozzle in the periphery to the bottom of the well. The peripheral crown of the roller bit captures these ampoules and crushes them after immersing into the rock of its teeth to a certain depth. For this, the diameter of the ampoules is taken to be less than the height of the teeth by an amount approximately equal to the depth of their not pre-immersion. The mud type mud is used with high thixotropic properties, and the diameter of the ampoules is, if possible, large. An uninsulated sample of a dense limestone with a crown of a roller bit in a medium of a clay mortar under a pressure of 10 MPa was subjected to destruction. Before the start of the experiment, the sample was saturated with water to Pn / 4O MPa, which ensured a differential pressure of zero. In all experiments, a crown was taken with a constant teeth height of 13 mm. Example 1. A crown of a roller bit was rolled along the surface of dense limestone (ampoules were not laid on the rock surface). When the crown was rolled, its teeth sank into the rock by 1.5-2 mm. The depth of the extraction hole is 3-4 mm, the volume of the punches is 0.15 O, 3 cm. Since the differential value is zero, in this case, results are obtained that correspond to the highest rates in industrial drilling (drilling at equilibrium). Example 2 Glass hollow ampoules with a diameter of 20 mm were placed along the surface of a sample of dense limestone and the air pressure was equal to atmospheric, and a crown was rolled. The diameter of the ampoule is greater than the height of the teeth of the crown of the bit, and it was crushed before the teeth were immersed in the rock (i.e., the crushing conditions were similar to those known). The depth of the hole of the rock is 3-4 mm and the volume of the hole is 0.15-0.3 cm. As can be seen, the crushing of the ampoule by immersing the tooth in the rock does not cause an increase in the volume of the destroyed rock in comparison with the known method of destruction without ampoules (Example 1). This is due to the fact that since the ampoules were crushed before submergence of the Eencez tooth, the process of collapsing the formed area of the reduced pressure was completed before the fracture cracks were formed. The negative differential pressure arising at the time of the collapse, under these conditions (the absence of cracks in the rock) cannot produce self-destruction. Subsequent immersion of the zubis into the rock caused the development to crackle, but under the conditions of the absence of an дифференциальн eld differential pressure. The sum effect of the breakdown was sharply reduced as the effect of implosion was completed earlier. Example 3. Glass ampoules with a diameter of 11 mm are placed on the surface of the rock (dense limestone) and a dopot crown is rolled (teeth 13 mm in height) .., In the process of rolling a venison (at a selected ratio of the diameter of the ampoules and the height of Zuozo venia), the teeth were immersed in the rock by 1.5-2 mm, after which the ampoules were crushed. The depth of the excavation hole is 15 mm, and the volume of the destroyed rock is 1–30 cm (average data from a series of experiments). As can be seen from the above data, the volume of the destroyed rock increased by several tenfold compared with the destruction of the rock with bits without the use of ampoules (Example 1). The volume of the destroyed rock obtained experimentally, can be calculated, the time during which the bottom differential pressure is applied during crushing after submerging the tooth of venapodot (according to the proposed method) into the rock. The collapse time of the formed underpressure region (i.e., the time for the negative differential bottomhole pressure to exist) is determined by the known formula, Rp is the ampoule radius; f - density of 6 levels of mortar - aasnefflte of drilling mud Over 8TO i pei «t9 a crack is formed, a good short-range array on the surface of the B phase of the rock particle.
