Втулка 13 и в зкий лиэлектрик 14, расположенные в момент сочленени на электроизол ционном слое 17 надежно изолируют электрический контакт от воды.fpuf.i The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to connectors that provide articulation and disconnection, for example, in water in the presence of voltage at the contacts, and can be used in devices operating under the conditions of the current conductor and corrosive media. A device is known consisting of a plug and a socket filled with an electrically insulating fluid, containing a terminal block, a cover with holes coaxial with the sockets, a flexible membrane to compensate for the change in the internal volume, as well as the transfer of environmental electrically insulating fluid. unit preventing the ejection of electrically insulating liquids This device is difficult, has large dimensions, lack of reliability and is difficult to manufacture. Closest to the sealed connector consisting of two mating parts, in the body cavity of one mate, filled with an electrolysis fluid, the socket, sleeve with the possibility of reciprocating movement along the cavity axis and a cylindrical spring, one end of which interacts with the sleeve, and the response part is designed as a plug 2. A disadvantage of the known connector is the absence of an elastic compensator, which increases reliability and reduces the size of the connectors. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and reduce the size of soy dinitel. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in a hermetic connector consisting of two mating parts, a socket, sleeve with the possibility of reciprocating movement along the axis of the body, and a cylindrical spring are installed in the cavity of the body of the counterpart, filled with electrically insulating fluid, one end of which interacts with the bushing, while the other part is made in the form of a plug, the bushing is made of elastic material, the internal opening of which has a variable cross section, and is installed between the socket and the housing, and ortsova surface with a smaller diameter hole is directed toward the mating part, wherein the spring interacts .s torggovoy surface of the sleeve and the free end thereof - with the housing ... On (lig. 1 the plug is shown; in Fig. 2 - the rdzetka; in Fig. 3 - the articulated sealed connector; in Fig. 4 - the pin, the socket and the sealing assembly with the dissected connector in Fig. 5 - the same, with the articulated connector One mate part of the connector is made in the form of a socket and consists of a housing 1 having an inlet 2 for the passage of the ignition contacts 3 of the other mating part and a cylindrical cavity 4 in which the sockets 5 are located with the wires 7 attached to them 6 the aid of a sealing elastic insulator 8 Lena sleeve 9 with sealing rings 10 and 11, which provide hermetic separation of the channels with the environment and with each other.Slot 5 is placed in electrical insulating pads 12, limiting their mobility in the housing 1. / In the cylindrical cavity 4 elastic sleeves 13 of variable stiffness are inserted, having a through hole coaxial with the inlet 2. The entire space of the cylindrical cavity 4 from the sealing rings 11 to the end of the sleeve 13 (including the internal volume of the sleeve) is filled with a viscous dielectric 14 (for example, AMC-3 grease, GOST 2712-75). The other mating part of the connector is designed as a plug and consists of a cable 15, the conductors 16 of which are connected to the pins 3, to which an electrically insulating coating 17 is applied. The contacts 3 are placed in the sleeve 18 and made an insulator 19 around each pin 20. A nut 21 is placed on the sleeve 18. The end of each contact 3 is provided with a recess 22. To ensure operation under conditions of reduced ambient pressure, a coil spring is placed in the space between the inlet 2 and the sleeve 13 23. The male connectors 3 plugs are inserted into the corresponding hole of 2 sockets and. the nuts 21 are connected to the sockets 5 ,. In this case, water is retained in the recess 22, which prevents the sticky dielectric from sticking to the end of the pin 14. Sleeve 13 is displaced toward the moving pin, wiping its surface under the action of the sticky sticky dielectric displaced by the pin. The articulation continues until the tapered shoulders 20 enter the hole, wrist 2. In this case, metallic: some pins come into slots 5, where the contact of the petals makes electrical contact. The sleeve 13 and the viscous dielectric 14, located at the moment of articulation on the electrically insulating layer 17, reliably isolate the electrical contact from water.
When the connector is dismembered, the pins 3 move in the opposite direction. In this case, a dilution is created in the cylindrical channels 4, as a result of which the sleeve 13 moves in the opposite direction under the action of the external ambient pressure, displacing the viscous dielectric 14 to its original position
23At low ambient pressures, the sleeve 13 is returned to its initial position by a spring 23.
When articulating, the edge of the smaller opening of the sleeve 13 located at the end closest to the inlet OTBepysis 2 is folded back to form a cuff-type seal, with the pressure of the viscous dielectric 14 acting on
14.bent edges, creates sealing pressure on the contact surface, preventing it from leaving a viscous dielectric beyond the space closed by the sleeve 13. When dismembering at the moment of exit of the pin contact 3 from the sleeve 13, the edges of the sleeve return to their original position. In this case, a sticky dielectric mass 14 is removed from the surface of the contact 3.
The proposed connector design is simpler to manufacture, as it contains fewer components and parts. it
Л ,causes a higher probability of trouble-free operation. In addition, the structure has smaller dimensions and, consequently, less material consumption of the case. This is due to the design feature of the sealing element coaxial with the contact parts. L,
