Результатыиспытаний по предлагаемому способу в сравнении с известным представлены в таблице.o The invention relates to a distillery industry, in particular, to vodka production methods. A known method for clarifying beverages is by introducing into them a porous copolymer of N-vinylprolrolone with a divinebenzene with a particle size of 1-7 Nw C1. - The closest technical solution to the invention is the method of production of vodka, which involves mixing ethyl rectified alcohol with softened water, processing the resulting sorting by the sorbent and filtering it through quartz sand. B. As a sorbent, activated carbon is used. Disadvantages of the known method Low organoleptic properties of the finished product, loss of alcohol The purpose of the invention is to increase the organoleptic properties of the finished product and reduce the loss of alcohol. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of vodka production, which involves mixing ethyl rectified alcohol with softer water, processing the resulting sorting with a sorbent and filtering it through quartz sand, macroporous N-vinylpyrrolidone or M-vinylcycrodrombeater is used as a sorbent. with a granule size of 0.2-1.0 mm in the amount of 2.0-5.0 kg and 1000 gave sorting. The proposed method is carried out as follows. Rectified ethyl alcohol is cleaned with softened water to obtain 40% sorting, the prepared sorting is sent to a column filled with 1/3 of a macroporous sorbent with a diameter of 0.2-1.0 mm and passed from bottom to top on the basis of 2.05, 0 kg per 1 thousand dal of sorting with a speed of 300-400 dal / h, ensuring the formation of a suspended fluidized bed, the sorting from the top is sent to quartz forfilters dp of final filtration, then, according to the technological instruction, the finished vodka is directed to spill. Example According to the existing technology, 40% sorting is obtained by mixing highly purified ethyl alcohol, the resulting sorting is passed upwards through a 15 mm diameter column filled 1/3 with a P-1P-8 sorbent — N-vinylpyrrolidone macroporous copolymer with 7% May divinylbenzene (pore-forming mixture; 15% by weight of water and 85% by weight of octyl alcohol, in an amount of 30% by weight of comonomers, with a granule diameter of 0.21.0 mm at the rate of 4.0 kg per thousand, gave sorting, at a rate of 400 dal / hr providing boiling suspended layer of sorbent. Then filtering is performed through quartz sand and the finished vodka is bottled.Example 2. A 40% sort is obtained according to the appropriate technology, the sort is passed at a speed of 300 dal / h through a column 15 in diameter mm, filled 1/3 with sorbent P-1P-10 - macroporous sopo Limer N-vinylcaprolactam with 30% by weight of divinylbenzene (pore-forming mixture: 25% by weight of water and 75% by weight of decyl alcohol, in an amount of 100% by weight of comonomers, with a granule diameter of 0.2-1 mm at the rate of 2.0 kg 1 thousand, gave sorting. Then filtered through quartz sand and poured. The resulting vodka is distinguished by a low content of aldehydes and fusel oils, high oxidation. The organoleptic assessment of vodka obtained by treating water-alcohol solutions with sorbents is higher than after treatment with active carbon BAU. The results of the tests on the proposed method in comparison with the known are presented in the table.
