Известна простейша схема стабилиз&тора напр жений на стабилитроне без использовани усилительных устройств Однако.у такой схемы недостаточны коэ(5)фициенты стабилизации, температурна стабильность и наг.узочна способКОСТЬ . Известна схема,содержаща в. качеств ух:илительного элемента транзистор f 2 . У данной схемы вьше нагрузочна способность и коэффиш ент стабилизации. но она содержит относительно большое количество элементов, в этом числе два стабилитрона и- требует наличгш двух источников входного напр жени . Температу на стабильность такого стабилизатора таюке невелика. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому изобретению вл етс стабилизатор, содержаший стабилитрон, транзистор, резистор , источник входного напр жени и нагрузку 3 ., Схема проста, но имеет недостаточную температурную стабильность и нагрузочную способность. Кроме TorOjC помощью данной схемы трудно высокое стабилизированное напр жение. Цель, изобретени - повышение термостабильности и нагрузочной способности. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в стабилизатор посто нного напр жени , содержащий транзистор, стабилитрон и резистор, введен второй транзистор противоположного типа проводимости, кол лектором соединенный с эмиттером перво го транзистора, с выходной клеммой и че рез вышеугсазанный резистор - с ,з-ходной клеммой, а эмиттер и коллектор указанных транзисторов соединены между собой и с вторыми входной и выходной клеммами, при этом вышеуказанный стабилитрон включен между базами транзист ров, кроме того последовательно с исто ,чттком входного напр жени ,и резистором включеноVi пар введенных транзисторов противоположного типа проводимости мелсду базами которых включены стабилитроны , а эмиттер и коллектор Каждого транзистора первого типа проводимости подключены соответственно к коллектору и эмиттеру транзистора второго типа проводимости. На фиг. 1 представлена схема стабили зотпра посто нного напр жени ; на фиг. 2 - вариант схемы стабилизатора с транзисторами. Стабилизатор содержит транзисторы i.i - 1ц и 2.1 - 2f разного типа проводимости , соединенные таким образом, что эммитер и коллектор транзистора 1 первого типа проводимости подключены к коллектору и эмиттеру соответственно транзистора 2 второго типа проводимости и с одной стороны через резистор 3 соединены с одной входной клеммой, а с -другой стороны непосредственно соедин ютс с другой входной клеммой, стабилитрон 4 включен между базами транзисторов 1 и 2 . На схеме (фиг. 2) последовательно с резистором 3 и - входными клеммами включено И--пар транзисторов 1-1, 2-11- VI 2-V1 разного типа проводимости стабилитрона 4-1-4-И включены между базами транзисторов 1-1 -2-1-1-й 2-й , а эмиттеры и коллекторы транзисторов первого типа проводимости 1-11-Н соединены соответственно с коллекторами и эмиттерами транзисторов вгорого типа электропроводимости 2-1, -2-V,. Стабилизатор работает следующим образом . Ток от источника ЕКОДНОГО напр жени , подключенного к входным клеммам проходит через резистор 3. Часть тока ответвл етс в сопротивление нагрузки, а остальной ток составл ет,соответственно эммитерный и коллекторный токи транзисторов 1 .и 2, Ввиду того, что базовые токи транзисторов 1 и 2 одинаковы -И равны току стабилитрона 4, то токи в их коллекторно-эмиттерных цеп х пропорциональны коэффициентам усилени транзисторов р и , Максимальный ТОК через пару транзисторов или максимальный ток нагрузки равны и составл ют Hwiax cT,vnax iPi+Р1- - 1 ( где Ifsy. fiAQKc. максимально допустимый ток стабилитрона. The simplest voltage-stabilizer circuit is known on the Zener diode without the use of amplifying devices. However, such a circuit lacks stabilization factors, temperature stability, and a nagging method. Known scheme containing in. qualities uh: of an element transistor f 2. This scheme has a higher load capacity and stabilization factor. but it contains a relatively large number of elements, including two zener diodes and requires two sources of input voltage. The temperature on the stability of such a stabilizer is also small. Closest to the proposed invention is a stabilizer containing a zener diode, a transistor, a resistor, an input voltage source, and a load 3. The circuit is simple, but has insufficient temperature stability and load capacity. In addition to TorOjC, using this circuit, it is difficult to have a high stabilized voltage. The goal of the invention is to increase thermal stability and load capacity. The goal is achieved by introducing a second transistor of opposite conductivity type, a collector connected to the emitter of the first transistor, to the output voltage regulator, containing a transistor, a collector connected to the emitter of the first transistor terminal, and the emitter and collector of these transistors are interconnected and with the second input and output terminals, while the above-mentioned Zener diode is connected between the bases of the transistors, besides in series with the source Khodnev voltage and resistor pairs vklyuchenoVi input transistors of the opposite conductivity type the bases of which are incorporated melsdu zener diodes and an emitter and collector of each transistor of the first conductivity type are connected respectively to the collector and emitter of the transistor of the second conductivity type. FIG. Figure 1 shows a constant voltage stabilization circuit; in fig. 2 - a variant of the stabilizer circuit with transistors. The stabilizer contains transistors ii - 1c and 2.1 - 2f of different types of conductivity, connected in such a way that the emitter and collector of transistor 1 of the first conductivity type are connected to a collector and emitter, respectively, of the transistor 2 of the second conductivity type and are connected to the same input terminal through a resistor 3 and on the other side are directly connected to another input terminal, Zener diode 4 is connected between the bases of transistors 1 and 2. In the diagram (Fig. 2) in series with the resistor 3 and - the input terminals are turned on AND - a pair of transistors 1-1, 2-11-VI 2-V1 of a different type of conductivity of the Zener diode 4-1-4-AND are connected between the bases of transistors 1- 1 -2-1-1-st 2nd, and the emitters and collectors of transistors of the first type of conductivity 1-11-H are connected respectively to collectors and emitters of transistors of the type of electrical conductivity 2-1, -2-V ,. The stabilizer works as follows. The current from the CURRENT voltage source connected to the input terminals passes through a resistor 3. A part of the current branches to the load resistance, and the remaining current is, respectively, the emitter and collector currents of transistors 1 .and 2, due to the fact that the base currents of transistors 1 and 2 are the same - And are equal to the current of the Zener diode 4, then the currents in their collector-emitter circuits are proportional to the amplification factors of the transistors p and the Maximum CURRENT through a pair of transistors or the maximum load current is equal and constitute Hwiax cT, vnax iPi + P1 - 1 Ifsy. The output voltage, i.e., the stabilization voltage UH, is ,,, () where Irnp |) stabilization stabilitron;
