The invention relates to machine design, in particular, to devices for the homogenization of liquid fuels. Devices for homogenizing liquid fuel are known, advantageously in an internal combustion engine, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet channels and stationary vanes placed in the inner cavity and a rotating rotor made in the form of discs mounted on the shaft with blades. However, in the known devices, the homogenization of the fuel is ensured by the mechanical action of the elements of the device and the change in the direction of flow, in connection with which homogeneity is not achieved. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the device. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for the homogenization of liquid fuel, mainly in an internal combustion engine, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet channels and stationary blades thickened in the inner cavity and a rotating rotor, executed in the form of discs with blades mounted on the shaft, the latter and fixed blades of the housing are made radially pie-shaped, with the disks provided with blades at both ends, and fixed blades of the housing are placed at each of the ends of the blades of the disks, and the rotor is ying axially movable and provided with springs mounted on opposite end faces of the rotor between them and the last body. FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, mainly in the internal combustion engine, a slit; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - view along arrow B only on the rotor blade. The device comprises a housing made of end caps 1 and 2 and ring members 3, and a rotating rotor made in the form of a shaft 4 and discs mounted on it: 5, separated by rings 6. Covers 1 and 2 and ring members 3 They are bolted together 7. In the cap 1, the inlet channel 8 is made, and in the cover 2 - the outlet channel 9. The rotor disks 5 have blades 10, and the ring elements 3 have fixed blades 11 3 .2 (see Fig. 2 ), which are placed in the cavity 12 of the housing at each of the ends of the blades 10 of the disc 5. Blades 10 of the disc 5 and fixed blades 11 outlets They are radial-sector and each disk 5 and each ring element 3 has three vanes 10 and 11 (see Fig. 2). In order to ensure balance, the blades 11 of each dislopatka 5 are shifted by 30 relative to the blades of the previous disc. The shaft 4 is connected to the drive shaft 13 by means of a pin member 14. The rotor formed by the shaft 4 and the disks 5 is axially displaced relative to the housing and the drive shaft and equipped with springs 15 and 16, the first of which is located on the side of the housing shell 1, and the second is from the side of the roof. 2. t The device works as follows. The rotor is driven from the electric motor through the drive shaft 13 and the pin member 14. Through the inlet channel 8, the internal cavity 12, the fuel passes between the fixed blades 11 and the blades 10 of the discs 5. When the rotor rotates at the time of the divergence of the blades 10 and 11, the fuel fills the free the space and with further rotation of the rotor begins to contract due to a decrease in volume. At the time of convergence of the blades 10 and 11, the pressure in the fuel reaches maximum values. At the next moment, there is a sharp drop in pressure, due to pegs in the fuel, the cavitation processes develop in individual processes. Since the po.tor has several disks 5 and a number of annular elements 3 are installed in the casing with sniper blades 11, the fuel is subjected to repeated pressure and cavitation throughout the entire volume of the internal cavity 12 of the casing. When the fuel fills the cavity formed by the converging vanes 10 and 11, one of the disks 5 and the annular element 3, axial micro-movement of the rotor to the next stage occurs, where there is a discrepancy between the blades 10 and 11, and a vacuum is created in the fuel. The number of micro-movements of the rotor depends on the number of rotor blades and its rotational speed. At the same time, the intensity of hydrodynamic perturbation of the flow of fuel in the cavity 12 of the body increases. In connection with this, agglomerates of tar-asphalt inclusions agglomerates and crushing of water globules occurs and at the same time they are evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of fuel, coA-A
