УЛЬТРАЗВУКОВОЙ СПОСОБ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ КОНЦЕНТРАЦИИ ПРИМЕСЕЙ В ВЫСОКОЧИСТЫХ МЕТАЛЛАХ , заключающийс в том, что образец прозвучивают ультразвуковыми колебани ми и по одному из параметров ультразвуковых колебаний определ ют концентрацию примесей, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени точности определени концентрации примесей, одновременно с прозвучиванием образец подвергают ступенчатому механическому нагружению, а в качестве параметра выбирают изменение скорости ультразвука фиксированной частоты в процессе нагружени .ULTRASOUND METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE CONCENTRATION OF IMPURITIES IN high-purity metals, which comprises that the sample prozvuchivayut ultrasonic wobbles and one of the parameters of ultrasonic vibrations determined concentration of impurities, characterized in that, in order to increase the accuracy of determining the concentration of impurities simultaneously sounding sample undergoes stepwise mechanical loading, and as a parameter choose the change in the speed of ultrasound of a fixed frequency in the process of loading.
